Hey there guys my name FatMEAT and this is my log.

Program
My program is a little mix of other programs

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds

Then i will do do

after i will do a tesitcle massage and a warm down

During the day i will di 150 kegals and reverse kegals

i just was wiped out maybe i need to space it better after my gym work out. I also think i will do normal jelqs. That could be it too, if you are exhausted your penis is too. Pick up a set of the hand grip strengtheners, they are like $6 at Walmart, they will help with grip and squeezing after only a few weeks using them. Getting the strong compression in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] is so important to expansion. We will get there, just stick with it!

I havnt been able to do my whole program. I have been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for about 15 min daily in the shower . I'm hoping to be to do the whole program tomorrow
