Extender cementing help?

How do you cement [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] gains? Ive heard gains are permanent on [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words]. But are gains from one month permanent? Do i just wear it and when i make a gain, i dont worry about cementing, its permanent?
 
I strongly suspect an element of being permanently cemented comes from a bit of maintenance activity and/or unconsidered residual PE habits, which equal the same thing. And if one does not do those they can eventually decompensate (this might or might not be an individual ability/proclivity) , ... but maintenance is a good health habit anyway, so doing it is good common sense and any stability effects it might have are automatically part of it.

If you're stopping at your current size then follow the above. If you're still going passed your current size then you don't have a need yet for cementing, but the size you have will be included of course in what you add on top of it, and then you cement when you've reached your goal.

I'd also advocate for going a bit (just a little bit, don't go crazy) passed your goal, and then it's easy to cement backwards into it exactly. I don't remember if there's been a discussion on that subject. But it's easy to just start back up again if you feel like you've undershot by a little bit, so either way works fine, and taking time off occasionally to take stock and rest/heal is good for you anyway.
 
It is way too soon to be concerned about cementing after just a month. Just stay with your routine and keep making gains. Most of your gains will cement as you go then after your reach your target size add another 1/2 inch for insurance and then you can start a cementing routine.
 
What I have read here is spot on. I know DLD recommends going at least half inch above your goal to cement. Listen.. Bust out the ruler a year later and was back down to my starting size. When we stretch, we create voids, these voids mostly will with fluid from being a bit inflammed. If we continue to stretch, these voids fill with new cell growth. Considering how small cells are, you have to imagine that you will need ample time for healing to take place. Otherwise if you stop too soon, the fluid runs out, the swelling goes down and you just wasted an entire month of sitting in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Think long term. I will not wear mine for less than 3 months. I am half-way through my second month and bigger that I have ever been.
 
Cementing does not have to be an obsessive process, it is simply training long enough past your goal size so that when you stop training your goal size will be met. I think even better than this is to see PE as a lifetime process, one that you will do through your entire life. I say this for a couple of reasons, first, and most important is [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words], beyond this it will cement the size you desire and after this is accomplished you can reduce PE time to as little as once per week to keep the penis in perfect, healthy working order.
 
yeah if i get to an older age i would like to have hardcore erections and be a sexually functional male,definitely that would keep things interesting and beautiful..Definitely i need to find the way to experiment a lot more whit PE exercises that would allow me to help the brothers in a more effective and useful way,I know that D is the one whit most of the answers here,but i would be happy if i can solve problems too and help them to improve their lives¡¡ But first i have to improve mine LOL
