Experience with "AB Silicone"?

Hey guys,

I've placed 2 orders on AB Silicone - Male Enhancement. They ship with USPS and both of my orders seem to be stuck at "Shipping Label Created" (The first order dates May 21, 2015, the second one May 29, 2015). I really need their sleeves for a good wrap to use my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] properly :/ Also it sucks that they've already taken my money via PayPal and I still got no response to my e-mail I wrote 2 days ago.

Did some of you guys experience the same problem? Or is it just USPS beeing really slow?
 
yup many did and i think it takes time for them to deliver......sometimes even 2 months.....plus you paid through paypal so you can always get your money back when u want.....
 
They are definitely not good about communication but they always deliver. I've ordered 2 sleeves and they both took about a week and a half or so and they didn't respond to any emails. They need some better customer support or just some customer support period but otherwise a good company.
 
Mine took almost 2 months but I received them. I must admit they are not good with communication

That is awful service, don't these companies realize that above all, customer service is the biggest part of being successful.

DLD. Why doesn't [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] tie up with AB silicone aswell ? I mean many people who want the sleeves can buy it from here and will have no issues of delivery or reply from them
Just a suggestion
 
They are very over priced. I'm surprised they have been in business as long as they have. You can make your own sleeves for pennies each. I have a thread in the hangers forum. I've heard they have horrible customer service. Getting what you ordered months later is rediculous.

Why associate with someone with poor business ethics? [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] can do better. Again you can make your own sleeves.

Well I'm a patient man so I can wait ^^ It's not like P.E. is a fast process right :P The important thing is that it arrives eventually. But their support really sucks =D

Yeah, the USPS status of my SECOND order changed. It's finally beeing moved somewhere :P I hope they don't miss my FIRST order because that's actually the more important one xD

I really need their sleeves to try out this wrapping technique from youknowme123321, seems like the perfect solution for uncut wrapping.

That's crazy, I've ordered twice from them and received both within 5 days of order. I think they've started slacking but this was just last year. The silicone will last for months if you are careful about using it. My first lasted about a month, my second lasted about 4 moths and I've just started using my third. Just make sure the thickness is equal throughout. I got an extra one delivered because one side was thick while the other was thin, I knew it would rip soon and it did. Do a visual check first ok. Good luck man.
 
it took them a couple of months 2 deliver some stuff i ordered but i live in the uk so

Update:

My second order, placed on May 28, arrived today. Finally :P Let's see when my first order arrives =D

Indeed it is =D Interesting comparison: I ordered my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] on May 10, it arrived on May 19, but I wasn't home that day but I was able to pick it up the next day at the post office. Now that's service, 9 days from US to GER!

Yeah on days like today and yesterday I am trying to hit every thread asap as I have a full day:) I will be better at spelling and grammar by tomorrow:)

The first order, placed on May 21, arrived today. Only took about 2 months, why complain xD

You can wrap with the Theraband and bandage that comes with the length master.
