Exercise outside of PE

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone knows any good exercises that will reduce the fat in the pubic area? Maybe exercises with legs? Cardio? etc etc....
 
Full body strength training and cardio will reduce the fat pad. You can't spot train the area. Like Penis Enlargement, it has to be a lifestyle. Good nutrition and proper exercise.
 
Yeah I think you have to reduce your overall body fat.
You cant spot reduce a certain area...even if I did thousands of crunches my abs won't show unless my body fat is below 10 percent or lower.
My fat pad at the base of my cock is only quarter of an inch.

I did fitness like crazy and it was not until i gone on 90% protein diet and 1h cardio every day i went 6kg per month down!
 
That is a tough spot to isolate and can even be stubborn after losing weight. For me it took a huge change in diet and activity to change.

Here is my thread after I lost 80 pounds, I went on to lose another 60 pounds.
 
Cut sugar out of your diet. There is no proven exercise to fix your fat pad but I have heard too many times sit-ups will benefit the entire area abdomen and that's including your fat pad. Drink lots of water because that will detox the fat out of your body over time. Sit- ups are best if done in sets and the more you do the better. Good luck
 
Yup, lots and lots of water...gallons if you can handle it. The more water the better!
 
Adequate nutrition will decrease the fat pad because no matter how many squats or whatever else you do it wont do squat :) unless your diet is sorted out. Burn more than you consume and weight is lost. What you'll like is exercises to tone the lower abdominal region like hip rolls and frog sit-ups.
 
It is extremely important to get in daily cardio, whether it is running, biking, aerobics, whatever...get 20-45 minutes of cardio in a day and watch the fat burn away.
