I was just wondering have any of you vets had some good gains in the girth department by exercising every other day? I been thinking that maybe working 3 days in a row then taking a day off just hasn't been giving my dick enough recovery time.
I am, I think I'm gonna up the intesity of my girth routine a little bit though to make the most out of the work out so my day off is well spent healing. I'll let you know how it goes
PHASE 4 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] program is every other day for girth due to the intensity of the workout. I really enjoyed that schedule and I did make excellent gains using it.
would the your girth busters count as a phase 4 girth workout? I have been doining roughly half of the girth busters routine but now that I'm only gonna be training girth everyother day I'm thinking of trying out the whole routine.

sounds good, I only did half the routine today so maybe I'll do the full one tommaro and take the next day off. Its gonna be hard not to do girth exercises there fun even though my hands we be happy . Can't wait to see the pump I get from the whole workout! Thanks again DLD.
Experimenting can never hurt. I began to get good girth gains when i switched to resting 2 days between girth workout from my normal 5 days on 2 days off routine. And i got even better gains when i started doing a 1 day on 1day off routine. Its different for eveyone, you just have to find your sweet spot.

No problem. It is very important that you do something everyday so half is better than none. GIRTH BUSTERS continue to just increase my girth so I love doing them, there is no real work in love
