Okay so i have this problem, before i can get close to finishing my 30 seconds flaccid stretching each direction up, down, left to right, i start to get an erection. My question is, how do you make the erections go away? Is it okay to still do the stretches in a semi erect way or should i wait for the erection to go down..it just seems like waiting for the erections to go down is really going to lengthen my excercise time! Any help would be gladly appreciated! thanks! :cool:
 
I still have some problems with this. I found out if I properly warm up (warm cloth) I don't get erections right away so I can complete the 5 min session. I am also getting better at this. Somehow the crotch knows when it's and when it's not action time.
 
thanks for responding, i will try doing a longer warm up session! I also heard that if you masterbate before hand it makes things alittle more LAID back in the sack..Ill try that too! :cool:

I actually prefer to do my stretches in the early hours for this reason before i go to bed, just as effective but less erections. Another option is to jelq first.
