erection problem, please advice

ive noticed ive been having erection problems lately. first.. alot of times when i get hard im not to my max potential meaning like my wood will be up but itll feel like a stick as opposed to when im at my max the head gets huge and my dick feels like a thick ,rubbery baloon instead of a piece of wood if you know what i mean. also the second problem is my erection goes away real quick. the other day i was with a girl and by the time i went to get my condom out of my wallet in my jeans pocket my erection started decreasing slowly. =(<

i dont know if you drink caffeine or not, but it seems whenever I have these problems and I cut off all caffeine they go away

Caffeine could be it. but if your a pot smoker or a ciggerette smoker this is the likely cultprit. Also beer is bad. Any drug use like anti histamines or anti depressants, blood pressure meds can cause this problem. Also to much Penis Enlargement can do this as well.
