Hey guys lately ive been doing this girth and length routien , in wich im mean length and girth are both achieved instead of just focusing on one thing !
im doing good with the girth session but i feel like im not quite sure if my length session is up to par.
ok so here it goes,
wake up in the morning and first thing i do is my legth session.
now this session usually last from 40-45 min ,
so i have a descent amount of time , but i decided while ago that doing flaccid stretches one day and then erect stretches the next was a genius idea.
kind of like getting the best of both, but lately ive sorta been questioning if it will work, becaus although its stretching i find my self wondering if im giving enough time to each (flaccid and erect) exercises to create gains!
like am i maximizing my potential for gains or minimzing my potential by not giving one exercise all of my attention and energy?
just asking for your thoughts thanks guys!
