So, I took the advice of some helpful members here and for girth work, I am doing only 50 jelqs and a combo of horse squeezes and Uli's. To be honest, squeezes have been working wonderfully. I feel a lot thicker and am constantly measuring in at 5.25 inches erect girth and feel like 5.50 inches erect girth is close.
HOWEVER, length is stagnant. There was a time where I could measure in at 6.25 (even 6.5 at one time), but I'm now measuring in consistently at 6 inches NBP erect length. My goal in the next several months is to get it at 6.25 or 6.5 preferably.
My stretching is bothersome, for some reason. I don't know why, but my grip is terrible and the skin seems to be getting in the way all the time. I'm thinking of doing Erect stretches. Do any of you guys have a routine that you follow for erect stretches?
How many should I do? (reps, sets). How many times a week (I currently exercise 4 days a week)? How long do I hold a stretch?
Any advice is helpful.
