Erect Clamped Bends Are Awesome Everybody Do Them

I just felt I'd share I've been having some good success with clamped erect bends I hold them for about 1-2 minutes

I am very nicley expanded at the end of a workout

Very underrated exercise!
 
you hold the bend that long? i just do them like DLD's bends and in reps. the best girth exercise though is Red's one with the 2 pieces of tile (the name slips my mind right now). i just sit my dick on a desk and use a book i have that fits perfectly to press downward. every time i let up i can see a difference in the width

really i kinda just do whatever i want. it's more about being clamped than having a specific routine. i hold the book for at least 30 seconds, and i do reps throughout the entire 15-25 minute session

Try kegeling in some blood for more pressure, when you hold the bend at 80-90%.

In my own personal experience I will start at 100% erect but after a couple minutes my erection will reduce slightly making Bends perfect.
