Has anyone managed to make good gains girth-wise that also ejaculated after their sessions? If I don't, I end up with major blue balls, even though it's supposed to be better to just end your session and throw on a cock ring.

I never ejac after but I know dld has and he doesn't think it hurts anything. I like to stay better pumped up by not ejac but yah sometimes it caused your nuts to hurt so that sucks. I try not to ejac but if the nut pain is to bad then I will
 
I gotta reset after edging otherwise my dick doesn't hang as fluffy. Though I'm still learning proper form.

After every girth session I would get off and if it did cause issues with gaining I guess I would have made even bigger gains than I have:)

Yeah you're right. I did 25 minutes worth of max pressure [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] today, then ended with about 7 minutes of dry pumping as I showered off. Didn't bust a nut this time, and my penis is 100% exactly the same as ever. Some times I ejaculate after taking my cock ring off and I still gained from girth work. But if you can abstain from masturbating and ejaculating after your girth session, you would be far more energized to do your routine the following day.

Also remember that, you need to wait for at least 6 hours after ejaculating before you can start another girth session. The wait will help the penis recover from the ejaculation.
 
I try to avoid this but from time to time I mess up. Not a big deal just try your best to avoid it
