I started yesterday at 0.5 kg (1.1lbs) but that was not effective enough. I got fatigue in 3rd or 4th set. Now I try to increase the starting
weight to induce fatigue more quickly so I can ride it out for the rest of the day. I suggest increasing starting
weight to find your own sweet spot! Tomorrow I maybe will start at 3kg (6.6 lbs).

1st set: 2 kg (4.4 lbs ) for 30 mins
2nd set: 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) for 30 mins
3rd set: 3 kg (6.6 lbs) for 30 mins

5th set: 4 kg (8.8lbs) for 30 mins
6th set: 4.5 kg (9.9lbs) for 30 mins
7th set: 5 kg (11lbs) for 30 mins
8th set: 5.5 kg (12lbs) for 30 mins
So in total 4 hours net effective reverse pyramid
hanging sets to really destroy my tunica. I feel the fatigue from yesterday, it’s mandatory that I keep stretching all day long and get in as many sets as possible.
After every hour i’ll do 5 sets of Slow Squash Jelqs, one set = 30-35 seconds. So in total that would be 20 sets after 4hours of
hanging. BUT there is more!
After i’m done with the reverse pyramid sets, i’ll
strap in and hang some MORE sets at a moderate
weight to keep elongated and to heal at elongated state. At dinner time, my dick will be completely fatigued from those sets. The rest of the night will be hang and healing. I’ll still do the Slow Squash Jelqs until I cannot get an erection anymore.
Grand total: 40 sets of Slow Squash Jelqs with a total net time of 20 minutes girth expansion.
I’m studyind and finishing assignments / school projects, I check my glans every hour to see if it’s ok.
