SiliStretcher hanging 1kg (2.2 lbs) for 1 hour.
I will evaluate my glans after every hour. I’m basically starting all over again. This time with vaccuum hanging.

I wil hang straight down because I have to figure out a way to do straight up hanging while sitting at my desk. Maybe some kind of pulley system.

I’m also doing kegeltraining today, and lots of studying. Tonight I will jelq en do slow squash jelqs
 
I’m feeling my shaft’s become cold after one hour of hanging.

Is this normal? And is blood circulation not impaired and still ensured ?

I think my glans is cold, but not 100% completely cut off from blood circulation of course. Is this something to worry about? Because I want to hang long hours and not taking it off every hour.

The SiliStretcher ships with the standard 20mm SiliSleev. The 20mm SIliSleev may be restricting a bit with your girth. Switch to the larger 27mm SIliSleev and see how you feel.

Those silicone glans caps, are they one size only, because I think the glans cap is restrictive, when I pulled my dick out of the vaccuum chamber my glans was very cold, but not purple or black or something. No emergency issues. The problem is I don’t know how this affects blood circulation in the glans, I assume it’s not something to worry about as i’m not doing compression hanging with the male hanger.

Yes, they are one size fits all. The SiliCaps keep your glans compressed to prevent blistering and fluid build up. They are not required but are included as preventive measure to protect the glans. I would use them for shorter periods with heavier weight and try without them for long term ADS and see how you feel. Everyones sensitivity varies and you want to find what works for you.

And the demonstrator in the video made it look like he didn’t lose erection and his shaft expanded like crazy. Insane expansion.

I felt expanded, and today I seem bigger in girth and flaccid girth, even after one time.

I have only one concern, I am afraid of glans geometry disturbances. I don’t want a compressed glans shape, I want the full big mushroom look, without a glans pointing downwards due to my handpalm compressing the shaft and glans.....

How do I evade this issue?

To change the shape of your glans by doing SSJs will take thousands of hours, I wouldn't worry.
 
I really feel my dick has been worked. I have put on the long SiliSleeve and it’s snug fit. I feel a bit exhaustion in my shaft.

I hung for 5 hours today,
The last 3 were without interruptions, so i got a blister on my glans. It goes away so nothing to worry about, I got blisters all the time with male hanger and lengthmaster.

This was only 2 hours at 1 kg (2.2lbs) and 3 hours straight at 2kgn(4.4lbs)

It will not affect the head in anyway. Changing the size of the head is something we’re still discovering and learning to do but the slow Squash Jelq will never cause any issues with the head.

Since you’re going to be using the SiliStretcher for hanging what I highly recommend is my new routine for the SiliStretcher I’ll put the link below. This is the fastest possible way the gain length and I just figured it out the other day ??❤️

My shaft was a little bit burning because of the long SiliSleeve. I took it off at 03:00 AM and went back to sleep. I think it was due to shaving, you have to shave the shaft completely clean. I feel I have stubbles on my shaft and that causes discomfort.

I will go take a shower and shave the shaft so the stubbles can’t cause a burning sensation anymore.
It was only at the base that I felt the burning sensation. I really think that SiliSleeve is perfect for the night. However I have to take it off while peeing because it still compresses a little bit, and I felt there was still pee left in my urethra.

So today i’m gonna start DLD SiliStretcher Reverse Pyramid Sets The new routine created by @DLD

I have a day off from school and i’m studying this whole day. Gonna study till midnight so i’m exciting to start!

Every 30 minutes I increase the weight by 0.5 kg (1.1lbs) until my tunica starts screaming due to fatigue.

I just did 1,5 hours of your method reverse SiliStretcher pyramid sets, and it’s really awesome to do this routine. I had a little bit of fluid build up after I took of the vaccuum cap, but I solved that issue by doing 5 sets of 30s Slow Squash Jelqs!

They are the perfect exercise to normalize your glans! So i’m training girth and length at the same time ??

I’m strapping in and I think it’s best to check and do 5 sets of 30s slow squash jelqs to eliminate the glans fluid retention. Especially when you go higher in weights.

Thank you so much my brother I really want people to try this and see just how fast this process makes gaining length. I have come up with many theories in my time, I’ve invented many many exercises and routines but this is one of the biggest things and I’ve come up with during my whole 17 years in the business. This will become the new way to length train as Brother see how quickly this works.

Any idea on how to proceed when you are at max weight ? Do I have to ride that fatigue? Or do I lower weights a bit?

I have discovered that the more weight I put on, the more and bigger the fluid build up is in the glans.

After you’re done with the routine I suggest get into your ADS at a moderate stretch and use that for the remainder of the day. The active portion of the routine will and when you get your heaviest set and at that point you’ll be in total fatigue allowing the SiliStretcher (or whichever ADS you use) to hold that elongation as long as possible.

I am at 4 kg now (8.8 pounds) so I will stretch for the remainder of the day at 3kg (6.6 pounds)

I do my Slow Squash Jelqs after every hour of hanging, so far so good.

Currently gonna hang 4.5 kg (9.92 lbs) i’m still doing the reverse pyramid sets. I feel I can go forever. This is only limited to those sleeves and fluid retention though. I hope the duro sleeve comes out soon. I need that sleeve!

I’m doing some slow squash jelqs to eliminate fluid on the glans. I studied the whole day, like i’m really FORCED to study, i’m sitting in my desk chair, only thing to do is studying and other assignments. It’s ideal for me.

I started yesterday at 0.5 kg (1.1lbs) but that was not effective enough. I got fatigue in 3rd or 4th set. Now I try to increase the starting weight to induce fatigue more quickly so I can ride it out for the rest of the day. I suggest increasing starting weight to find your own sweet spot! Tomorrow I maybe will start at 3kg (6.6 lbs).

SiliStretcher reverse pyramid hanging sets
1st set: 2 kg (4.4 lbs ) for 30 mins
2nd set: 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) for 30 mins
3rd set: 3 kg (6.6 lbs) for 30 mins
4th set: 3.5 kg (7.7lbs) for 30 mins
5th set: 4 kg (8.8lbs) for 30 mins
6th set: 4.5 kg (9.9lbs) for 30 mins
7th set: 5 kg (11lbs) for 30 mins

So in total 4 hours net effective reverse pyramid hanging sets to really destroy my tunica. I feel the fatigue from yesterday, it’s mandatory that I keep stretching all day long and get in as many sets as possible.

After every hour i’ll do 5 sets of Slow Squash Jelqs, one set = 30-35 seconds. So in total that would be 20 sets after 4hours of hanging. BUT there is more!

After i’m done with the reverse pyramid sets, i’ll strap in and hang some MORE sets at a moderate weight to keep elongated and to heal at elongated state. At dinner time, my dick will be completely fatigued from those sets. The rest of the night will be hang and healing. I’ll still do the Slow Squash Jelqs until I cannot get an erection anymore.

Grand total: 40 sets of Slow Squash Jelqs with a total net time of 20 minutes girth expansion.

I’m studyind and finishing assignments / school projects, I check my glans every hour to see if it’s ok.

This is all possible because of the SiliStretcher, I’d suggest for all guys who want length to get one as soon as possible!

I have the privacy and time, it’s now or never. Multitask everything you can. One day not training, is one day losing gains and time is your most valuable asset. It will never come back. The weeks and months and years will fly by.

After I woke up today, my dick felt sore and fatigued, just the way I like. It’s a very nice inducing fatigue targeted at the tunica. No skin shaft soreness what I used to experience with the male hanger after so many sets.

I do Slow Squash Jelqs every hour for a fat shaft. And I use the 20 mm diameter short sleeve, to hang.

I feel this pinching right now in the top of my glans, obviously there’s some fluid retention building up and it’s not comfortable hanging, it hurts!

And I have still 20 minutes left for this set at 4.5 kg (9.9 lbs)

So I will put on the 20 mm diameter Long SiliSleeve after this set. I eliminate fluid retention in the glans with Slow Squash Jelqs.

The long narrow sleeve ensures more grip at a higher point of the shaft, so less pressure on the glans I think, gonna test this out.

I cannot go further than this because it’s hurting me. I had to quit this set after 15 minutes. I tried to rewrap with the longer sleeve but it still hurts like a bitch. Unfortunately I have to lower the weights to 4kg (8.8 lbs)

I’m gonna stay at 4kg until I fatigue some more and then I will hang for the rest of the day at moderate ADS weight.

Thats allot of weight. Make sure you are using the 27mmx145mm SiliSleev and fold over. You want your whole shaft to be wrapped from base. Remember its no rush, hang moderate weight for longer periods. You have to give the tissue time to expand. When we get our new deep red tissue repair lamps in a couple weeks, you may want to consider.

I tried to do slow squash jelqs, did 2 sets and I cannot get an erection anymore ? I feel fatigue at low weights hanging, I’ll just continue to hang at low weights even if it’s 2 or 1 kg.

I sat on my knees and tried to do some slow squash jelqs and at the 3rd set I couldn’t get an erection anymore but I already did 15 sets this day. So in total I did 17 sets of 30 seconds Slow Squash Jelqs ?

Net effective time: 4 hours of reverse pyramid sets hanging and now for the remaining evening, at low weight 3kg (6.6 lbs) to heal in elongated state.

Righ now i’m getting in 4 hours of effecte reverse pyramid sets hanging with heavier weights each set. And after 4 hours i’m in healing phase at a lower moderate weight. For the remainder of the night. I’ll to bed at midnight. So in total 8 hours, but that was on a day off. When I have school it will be less hours. Like 4-5 maybe 6 hours.

Understand that your fatigue level after Reverse Pyramid Hanging is going to be totally fatigued so there’s no way you’re going to get any kind of a erect work done. What I suggest is to do your girth work in the morning and then use the rest of the day to do your length work. You could also do every other day one day length and the next girth which would probably work best in my opinion. The fatigue you feel will need 24 hours of rest so the only way to do this efficiently is to get your girth done first and then go after length

Yea i’m using the SiliStretcher for hanging only. What method do you have because i’m already doing your reverse pyramid sets hanging with the SiliStretcher ??

Well those slow squash jelqs are more to eliminate the fluid retention in the glans. I do 5 sets after 1 hour of hanging, but if I cannot get an erection anymore I just leave it at that and my girth work is done for that day and i’ll just continue hanging ? ?

Because i’m on Nofap 2,5 months in I have good stamina and erection quality and I can get at least 15 sets of Slow Squash Jelqs in every single day!

I’m looking forward to my next month evaluation, I have to make pictures of my starting size ...
 
I am going to order some pulleys because sitting at the edge of my desk chair the whole day does really hurt now. My butt muscles are flat and it’s getting really uncomfortable to sit in that position for hours and hours on end....

I’m switching to straight out hanging with a pulley under my desk. Gonna work something out next week.

I’m at my 6th set of reverse pyramid SiliStretcher hanging at 4.5 kg (9.9 lbs) and I think this ismy maximum pressure I can stand.

I’m gonna put on the long sleeve after this set, any other ideas for avoiding this pain in my glans?

If you must do that long, maybe use less vacuum on the SiliStretcher to get enough grip when hanging, ensure you use a silicap, and if you can tape the glans end before application, do so.

The SiliStretcher’s got me absolutely hooked! I am addicted to hanging all day now! Because the SiliStretcher from MOS makes it possible ?

I was testing out my limits today and I found my definitely found my limit ! I will use the reverse pyramid hanging sets at a comfortable weight and after that I will heal ADS-style

I’m gonna switch up the angle from Straight Down to Straight Out; I think my ligs aren’t giving me gains anymore because they are torn.

I will concentrate on hanging straight out from inner dick stretching and straight up.

I am inventing some kind of pulley system for under my desk and one above me so I can remain seated and studying at my desk while hanging straigt up so I don’t have any interruptions from the hanging and weights

Got home from school and ate dinner. After doing the dishes it’s time to lock myself up in my dorm room and start hanging.

Reverse pyramid sets hanging up until 4kg (8.8 lbs)
That will be 4 hours of hanging in total tonight, with slow squash jelqs after every hour.

I didn’t wear the silisleeve to school because it shows your bulge and i’m not comfortable with that. So being at school the whole day I miss some hanging and stretching hours but that’s ok. I’ll make up for it this evening. I’m studying for exams next week.

Thank you again my brother for using the Reverse Pyramid Hanging. We now have three people testing this method and I believe we’re going to see very quick results. Please keep a really good account of what’s going on so we have the data to follow.

I had to let my dick heal, it was sore as fuck last night so I didn’t do anything. Sometimes I felt a sharp pain in my shaft from hanging so I took rest last night. I was dead and exhausted.

Today i’m gonna continue my hanging life and I hope I didn’t toughen up the tunica. I think with this reverse pyramid sets hanging method you can easily force new fatigue even tough you took 48 hours rest instead of 24 hours of rest.

I am also contemplating wether or not to train girth every 48 hours to really let my dick heal itself but that would erase the purpose of Slow Squash Jelqs, namely elimination of fluid retention in the glans after every hour set of hanging.

So maybe I’ll cut down on the Slow Squash Jelqs and only perform 2-3 sets after every hour because at the end of the day my dick is so fatigued I cannot get an erection any more to do proper kegel training. ???

Those slow squash jelqs really add up at the end of the day and I don’t know if I need to stay in fatigue mode girth-wise or to let it completely heal after every session to grow bigger @DLD

Edit: when I started my first set a few seconds ago, I still felt the tunica elongation fatigue from thursday hanging sets. It won’t take long until i’m in fatigue again with the reverse pyramid sets method. The pull on the glans is real and every fibre is being stretched. Much better than the male hanger.

I just measured my NPBEL at full erection capacity.
It’s a pathetic 6.1 inches long and i’m not happy with it. I am very ashamed of showing my body to a girl. I am still severely overweight and I don’t have the time to go consistently to the gym every week due to workload in university. ?

I really look small on the outside due to my fat belly and fatpad and fat distribution on the hips and legs.

I also really feel the limitations of being fat. I cannot wear the clothes that I want, I look ridiculous in hot weather. Trying to hide my fat body.

So yea my gym ambitions were not fulfilled this year and that’s only because of studying and sacrificing everything for school. Thank GOD I can still work on Penis Enlargement while I am studying so I am very grateful for that. Maybe I stay fat until graduation.

Today I woke up with a new erection.

My old erect girth was: 5.74” (14.6cm)

My new erect girth after healing 48 hours from all PE related activities such as hanging stretching jelqing, Slow Squash Jelqs: 5.944” (15.1 cm)

I am almost in the 6” girth department. ?


I am delighted to inform you guys my small girth increase. The swelling was gone and I felt my shaft, it was pure tunica expansion.

I started Slow Squash Jelqs on march 27th 2019. So only a couple of days ago. I have this magickal ability to gain girth easily but I gotta invest long hours for length and hanging Straigt Out and Straight Up for tunica and septum plastic deformation.

I still felt fatigued from hanging 48 hours ago. and I feel this slight burning sensation in my whole shaft from top to bottom which means I am causing microtears in the tunica. It requires much more hard work to gain erect length for me, and it really tests my determination dedication discipline and everything.

I have ordered some pulleys to attach under my desk so I can hang Straight Out.

I am depressed because I am about to drop out of university due to depression and personal life circumstances. I have my exam week next week and I am not fully prepared. My personal issues are a burden on my shoulders and I underestimated the impact on all aspects of my life.

The only thing that didn’t affect it was Penis Enlargement. Whatever happens I stick to my routine.

I probably have to find a job after this, I have a diploma in logistics from a community college.

At this point i’m so depressed that I cannot bothered anymore by school. I have more desire to just get into the workforce and to focus on my body, getting back into weightlifting, running, optimizing diet, and penis enlargement.

So there’s a little light at the end of the tunnel and I am happy with my gains.

My desire is to fully concentrate on PE, body and sports, following my passions in life.

I just measured my NPBEL at full erection capacity.
It’s a pathetic 6.1 inches long and i’m not happy with it. I am very ashamed of showing my body to a girl. I am still severely overweight and I don’t have the time to go consistently to the gym every week due to workload in university. ?

I often find myself in situations where I do not have access to a gym. In comes burpees and lunges. Both can be executed within confines of a room. A short workout as simple as 10mins of one exercise or 100 burpees (or lunges) for time. Lots of little additions and variations can be done too. Done daily and really begin to see the results. If you can pull and hang from your dick for hours than this a small investment that will make you feel better. Simply, some is better than none, even in PE. 5mins of training is better than no training. 10-15 is even better. I know I want sit and do PE for an hour but I make myself earn that time with a couple sets of push ups and 10mins of some other exercise. 30 days of burpees every day is a simple goal to kick things off.

Congratulations my brother I knew that if he switched to the SSJ things will change. There simply is no better girth exercise. The only thing that makes SSJ better is MityVac.

With The Reverse Pyramid Hanging sets you going to be very sore but that’s a very good thing and I guarantee, if you continue in progressive intensity, you’ll see length gains very quickly. I bet after one month of pyramid hanging you put on the half inch of length!

What I like about the reverse pyramid hanging sets is that you induce fatigue at a relatively low weight. I feel the shaft burning sensation at 3-4 kg (6.6-8.8 lbs) and my shaft is heavily fatigued after only 4 hours of these fatigue inducing sets.

I bought some pulleys, so I can hang straight out and sit comfortably in my desk chair.

I’m absolutely obsessed with hanging now, I really think this is it!

There are people who think that girth needs to wait if you are hanging but I cannot wait! I just gain girth and length at the same time. I need those slow squash jelqs too.

As you can see my max is 4.5 kg (9.9 lbs) after this set I have to reduce the weight yo comfortably ride the fatigue and i’ll be lowering the weights to as low as 2-3 kg for an ADS stretch.

This method is awesome! I absolutely love the shaft fatigue !
