I’m going to fully concentrate on length only.

I cannot help myself. I am totally obsessed with gaining length. I am OCD’ing here about my PE efforts. ?

I do the slow squash jelqs only to eliminate fluid retention in the glans, after 1-2 hours of hanging. So mostly 4-5 max per day.


Last 3 weeks I’ve hung 50 hours according to my log. I started out somewhere on march 26th with the reverse pyramid hanging sets.

I still didn’t get any increase in BPFSL ? well i’m now in my 4th week of the reverse pyramid sets hanging method.

I am afraid my dick is too fat, or gets too fat due to slow squash jelqs, but that shouldn’t be a problem really I think.....


I am very curious to find out what my Erect Length will be at december 31th 2019.

BPFSL: 7.8” (19.9 cm) this doesn’t want to increase after so much hanging

No man, my BPEL is still 7.3” I wish it was 8” ?

Is it possible to get peyronies disease if you train length and girth at the same time?

I heard something on bib’s hanging forum about lateral expansion (girth training) which isn’t good if you do hanging all day.

I will quote here what he says:

“Anything that raises the internal blood pressure above normal erection blood pressure levels have the potential to deform the lateral layer of the tunica. You do not want to deform the lateral layer at the same time the longitudinal layer is deformed. They can heal back fused, which is the mechanism for Peyronies disease.”

I dont really have anything to back up this, but I dont think it would cause peyronies. I did the same back in 2001 for several years, my cock is fine. I get erections in the morning, and I'm 35 y/o.

Peyronies is from scar tissue, so, hard sex can even cause that.

I would ask him to give his SOURCES for that info, what medical references for this. I like Bib, he done allot in the community, hanging thanks to him how well it took off in my opinion anyway.

He could be right? I can speak from my own experience, not got the condition, and I trained girth & length same time. However, I would go back in time if I could, and only do length first, then girth, because, again this is my opinion, it will be easier to achieve due to having smaller penis volume, alas, less area needed to grow.

When I read posts like this, I become a bit confuse. I need that 9 inch length and 7 inch girth so bad. I will measure my length and girth this week to know where am at.

Sounds logical to me indeed. I have 6” girth and I feel it’s hard to gain length indeed....

How do I combat and eliminate fluid retention in the glans? It sometimes stings alot which makes me want to end sets sooner and re-wrap etc.....


Also this weekend i’m not training, only a few hanging sets maybe, i’m going back to my parents house.
 
I feel as though that your girth is fine where it is for now. I think you should concentrate solely on doing the length work, This way I’ll focus is on one thing at a time. You already know that for weeks is not enough time to judge your program or a routine so continue what you’re doing especially since you’re experiencing so much fatigue.

After you’re done training are you wearing your stretcher to keep you elongated through the day?

I totally agree and I've gone back to my length master and silistretcher routine.

How are you doing using Silistretcher hanging 9.9 lb ?

I follow the reverse pyramid hanging sets routine and I increase 0.5 kg (1lbs) per 30 mins until my tunica burns like a motherfucker, after that I taper off and ride the fatigue until I go to bed? I have reached a maximum weight of 4.5 kg (9.9 lbs) and I cannot go higher, but that doesn’t matter, because if you feel the intense burning you don’t need to go higher; you have to hold that fatigue and ride it for as many hours as you can. In that stage permanent plastic deformation is happening to the tunica.

Everything’s dependent on how much my glans can take. The vacuum pressure is real. I must use the slow squash jelqs, but only 2-3 sets to remove fluid retention and stinging sensations.

After that I strap back and continue my sets.

When everyone’s gone, i’ll be hanging my sets ! I have stopped training girth, i’ll only do 1-2 sets of SSJ’s after every 2 hours to remove fluid retention in the glans. I think that wouldn’t hurt length gains?? It won’t increase girth either, it’s not enough training volume to get decent girth expansion so there’s that.

I have to step up my game, i’m thinking of ways on how to make something to comfortably hang straight up, targeting the tunica purely.

I was hanging with 17 lbs for two hours and i was not even close to get fatigue, i never felt anything when i was hanging.
Keep on hanging man, i can see that you are very motivated.

I did not hang for two days now... Didn’t had the time for it. Ah well, this isn’t a race, it’s a lifetime commitment. Plenty of years left to PE

I got back to my dorm room and it’s already late so I will do 2 sets of hanging heavy with the Male Hanger.

Sometimes life gets in the way and I have to be social and interact with friends and family.

I didn’t had the chance to do PE during the easter weekend back at my parents home.

Tomorrow I will induce fatigue as quick as possible with the reverse pyramid hanging sets and I will continue my quest for length as usual!

I’m so happy that you’re going to be using Reverse Pyramid Hanging, I believe it to be the most powerful way to gain length today. It can be used in many different methods but I created it on the SiliStretcher.

Holy shit guys, after 4-5 hours of continuous hanging and not re-wrapping after every hour I got fluid in the Silicap !

I think it’s urine or something because I have a full bladder. Could the SiliStretcher vaccuum force be so high that it spills urine in the silicap? I did a huge set of reverse pyramid hanging.

It will clear up before the morning. It is scary to see but nothing to fear it’ll go back to normal and then next time just make sure you get all blood out of your head first.

Stick with massage for right now, I did not know the blister popped. When a blister pops you do not want to stretch or it will end up causing a cavernous scarring. Allow the blister to heal first. Use bacitracin every day at the area where the blister is and it will heal up very quickly.

Only the small blister popped, the big one just went away, that was fluid retention, when I woke up this morning my glans was normal again:

You can still see the blister which has popped last night, if I do light hanging sets today, will it cause more problems?

I don’t want to take days off... Shit.... I want to keep at it ?
 
Are there other parts of your routine that you can do that won't irritate/exacerbate the issue? This is something I'd definitely take precaution...

Nope, i’m pretty much done....

I do lengthmaster stretching which isn’t possible due to high pressure on the glans, compression hanging isn’t possible due to high pressure, and vaccuum hanging isn’t possible.

Slow squash jelqs are not beneficial in this situation so what’s left is my kegel training ?
 
How about 'bundles' with your LM? If you attach it as close to the base as possible, the majority of the pressure should remain below the glans. (being on The IR sux)

I can try to do bundles but I have very loose shaft skin, so the problem is if I attach near the base, I cannot really have a tight grip on the tunica, also strapping in near the base will also give skin tension which makes it impossible to do “bundles”... If I did bundles, I couldn’t stretch in any direction as it still tries to go up the shaft to the glans.

I can maybe try half way up the shaft or something, i’ll see what I can do ?

I think that blister on my glans will always be a weak spot and a potential annoying problem in the future with regards to hanging/stretching and other high pressure work....

Wether I like it or not, I have to be able to stretch the septum/tunica for elongation.

I fucked it up because I took 4 days off, my dick healed and became stronger instead of longer.... I was hanging 5 hours last night and the fatigue only began at the 4 hour mark....

This means that my glans isn’t capable of managing the tunica fatigue and gives in earlier. This is a huge fucking problem and a serious threat to my hanging plans and future length goals ?

Hmm you need to be more careful

after 4-5 hours of continuous hanging and not re-wrapping after every hour

I would recommend taking the silistretcher off every hour, perform some light jelqing, helishakes, whatever not too intense so the circulation gets moving nicely around.

When you reenter the silistretcher, push the glans and ensure its deflated.

Even using light weights for that length of time, has now created what looks like the formation of blisters.

You could get away with this, if you quickly perform jelqing at semi erection, but its been several hours since you posted this.

Use hot & cold wraps to the area, ensure it has healed away before you go for it again.

When your at it again, maybe a good idea if you do not take off the silistretcher every hour, to use some tape across the glans tip, put the silicap over that. Gives extra layer of protection, but best bet is take off and have a break every hour.

I see your developing some excellent definition, and size to the coronal ridge around the glans!
 
I told you the swelling to go away by morning and I’m glad to see that that has happened. From this point, looking at your picture, I would use bacitracin for the next couple days to help me blisters heal quickly. The bacitracin will also eliminate scarring. And now that you have identified the issue that should never happen again. You got a lot of very good help in this thread and I hope it helps you in the future.

Should I do a deconditioning break to let my tunica become “sensitive” again for elongation at lower weights?

I took 4 days off and it was a stupid move.... I feel my tunica is much stronger and 4.5 kg (8.8 pounds) doesn’t do the trick to induce fatigue.

I mean when I do the reverse pyramid stretching I don’t feel anything... Like I only feel tunica burning sensation at the 4th of 5th set... Does that mean all hours prior to the 4th are wasted hours because I don’t feel the tunica burning?

The most logical step is to increase the weights and keep at it but obviously in my case that isn’t possible....

I have to let my glans heal 100% and i’m worried that I can always get a blister now fast in the same spot because that’s a weak point now.

I have to stay at low weights and I can’t exceed 9-10 pounds...

Also I can’t do any other exercise because it all puts pressure on the glans.

I’d like to hear your opinions please,

The most logical step is to increase the weight as you reach the top of the pyramid but if this is not possible what is the reason you can’t hang heavier weight now? The pressure that you’re feeling on the head, are you getting as much blood out of the head as possible before stretching? This is important or there will be undue pressure.

If I go higher with heavier weights my glans will get blisters again which can pop. You know like the small one I’ve shown in my pictures. The blister was popped and there was fluid leaking out.

BUT, I was also stupid to keep hanging for 5 hours straight and never looking if my glans was allright.

Normally I re-wrap after every 1 hour and I didn’t do that, I think that’s why I got this blister.

I took 48 hours off now in total, I will try tomorrow (saturday) if my glans will hold the vaccuum pressure. I will squeeze as much blood as possible out the glans.

I have always used the Silicap on my glans from day one. Right from the start. And now i’ve got the those gel Silipads and i’m gonna try that out as well. I need a Silicape which is shaped like a glans so there isn’t any air left in the cap when you put it on.

No matter how I try there’s always some air left between glans and Silicap when putting it on even if it’s air tightly putted on.

What I can also try is getting some tape which was mentioned on another thread on here. For extra protection against pressure.

What I mean with not being able to do exercises is that I cannot do any length work because I use the lengthmaster and it puts alot of pressure on the glans, and hanging with the male hanger puts lots of pressure on it.

I will try to hang gently tomorrow with the Silistretcher.
 
Well there’s your reason for getting blisters is you are hanging for way too long. You would do yourself much better if you would go with Reverse Pyramid Hanging because the sets are short so there’s no room for a blister. And the weight is progressively intensified as you go through the routine. And when you end the routine you will go into your SiliStretcher to heal at a medium to light intensity.

Yea I did the reverse pyramid stretching sets for 5 hours straight without re-wrapping and checking every hour.... I went at it and never took a break, normally i’d do slow squash jelqs to eliminate fluid retention after every hour....

It’s saturday morning now and i’ll try to do some sets ?

Sunday april 28th

Ok guys, I took thursday, friday and saturday off. My blister is almost healed, so i’m carefully strapping in for some reverse pyramid hanging sets.

I’m not doing bundled stretching, just testing my glans in the SiliStretcher. I start with the lowest weight possible: 0.5 kg (1.1 pounds) and slowly work my way up but not too much today. I think 2.5 is enough.

SiliStretcher reverse pyramid hanging sets

1st set: 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) for 30 mins
2nd set: 1 kg (2.2 lbs) for 30 mins
3rd set: 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) for 30 mins
4th set: 2 kg (4.4 lbs) for 30 mins
5th set: 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) for 30 mins

I check my glans after every 30 minute set. This way I can be sure no blister’s popping up again.

I have to take things slowly, at least i’m back at hanging again.

I’m so glad that you’re now taking these cautions seriously I think that your PE adventures are going to be much more comfortable and productive. We can all get overzealous especially when we find out PE really works. As my brothers have said this is not a walk in the park it’s a triathlon!
