When I do downward stretching I feel pressure on the top of my penis and I belive it could be the dorsal vein then I was reading some things from a so called "doctor" and he said this? I am thinking that downward stretching might not be safe now?

Stretching the penis with your hand produces the same results as traditional penis weight systems. The best way to use your hand is by applying most of the pressure anywhere else except on the dorsal nerve, which is that thin nerve that runs along the top of the penis. There is nothing wrong with designing your own way of gripping your penis, as long as you know where and where not to apply the wrong pressures.

try baby powder, rubber dish gloves or a strip of toilet paper to assist with proper grip.

When you manuel stretch, but the GRIP on the SIDES and NOT the TOP of the penis.
Doing this will place the pressure onto the sides and AWAY from any nerves like the dorsal.
If you pull with the force leaning onto the top, than you might get nerve injuriies.
I aint saying however that any of you are describing any such things, as this BURN effect and pain feeling you describe in that area sounds NORMAL with a good stretch tp the ligs, but be careful when distributing the stretch.

I have very very sweaty hands(i have considered surgery to get rid of this excesive sweat from my palms because sometimes make my life to suck)and baby powder dosent help me.I use surgery gloves for helping me to grip well but if i dont grip just under the head and not half inch behind i cant feel that ligaments are worked.And if i grip making the ok sign i put pressure on that dorsal nerve.Is this bad?I could damage that nerve or i can desensitize it.Any opinions?

Wow, check it out;

Sweaty Palms, known medically as Palmer Hyperhidrosis, or excessive hand sweating, is the most common presentation of hyperhidrosis.

Hyperhidrosis Treatment Options.
Conservative medical treatments such as Drysol, Drionics or oral medications may be helpful for mild and moderate cases of hyperhidrosis, but are usually ineffective in cases of severe hyperhidrosis. The most effective treatment of severe hyperhidrosis is by a procedure called Endoscopic Sympathetic Blockade (also called Sympathectomy). The classic procedure calls for cutting or destroying of the second or third nerve trunks called the Sympathetic nerve trunk or ganglion, but this renders the operation irreversible. Dr. Garza prefers the updated procedure that applies small Titanium clamps across the 4th Sympathetic nerve trunks. This is tailored to control heat loss and sweating along a specific zone which includes the shoulders, underarms and hands, down to the bottom of the breasts. While early removal of the clamps does not guarantee a reversal, it holds the best option for potential reversal. Once the nerve is cut or destroyed, the possibility of reversal is removed.

Endoscopic Sympathectomy is what i want be performed on me but it's very expensive and in my country doctors dont do this procedure.
