Downward stretches hurt

As the title says, when I am doing manual PE stretching downwards it hurts right above my dick, when pulling to hard or too long (we are only talking like 6 x 25 seconds). What is this? Is it the stretch I can feel or what. I stop immediately when i feel this. I am able to stretch in any other direction without feeling this, but when doing it downwards it comes!?

sharp pain usually is a ligament that has been injured in some way. Sharp pain is never a good sign and I would take time off until the injury has healed or you might make it worse.

Okay I will give it a break.. I also think it is more likely to come when I'm totally relaxed (trying to do the opposite of a kegel).
But should i still do some stretches in other directions? Maybe try and stretch upward, I find it really hard to feel the stretch in this position.
Or should I just let it be, and focus only n jelqing and girth?
 
i would rather take 2 days off rather than aggrevate the problem..............cuz 2 days might turn into 2 weeks if problem becomes worse...
if you still want to then do girth work only

I would take a few days off to rest. During this time I would you some deep tissue massage and also I would use heat a few times a day. unfortunately the injury you have could be very serious and keeping active through stretching for jelqing aggravated more or even cause it to tear. If that happens you're out of the game for many months. Take a few days off use the Therapy I suggested and then come back and gently try your routine again.
 
I'm not sure if this is applicable here but I definitely get a good deal of soreness from stretching a lot. It is generally a non issue but sometimes I am really wiped by the end of my routine. I generally heal enough overnight to get right back into it but it's not exactly the highlight of my day.

If there's actual pain, or even with typical soreness, don't use as much force. I have to do that sometimes near the end of the day. Last I checked I am substantially longer now than I was.

Hope you can figure it out.

There is a great difference between soreness and fatigue compared to pain that is sharp and shooting. After a good workout most men feel fatigue and soreness, this is a sign of a good workout. But when the pain is sharp and shooting it is an injury that needs attention. In most cases it all be a strained ligament which in most cases heals in 2-5 days.

When doing downward stretches, do them bundled. That way, it won't hurt unlike the normal way. But even at that, start off slow when stretching downward.
