dld in srt you say we should do 5 to 10 minutes of bundled before the exercises, should i hold 10 minutes the bundled? or should I split and in how many split second bundled?

If for example you are want to do a 10 minutes bundled workout, hold each bundled stretch for a minimum of 1 minute. I'm currently doing the mandingo bundled stretches and I'm holding each stretch for 4 minutes for each rotation.

I go 5 minutes twisted to the right and 5 minutes to the left. That is plenty to pre-stretch.

The Mandingo bundled stretch is the easiest stretch I've done with the length master so far because I do it standing. It's so much easier for me to do the Mandingo bundled stretch when compared to downward bundled stretches and the length master rolls. But I love the downward bundled stretches because I can pull with the highest amount of intensity.

I have always preferred downward stretching. It was only after the LengthMaster came out that I could actually feel upward stretching. Upward stretching effects the Tunica and when done with the LengthMaster the intensity is out of this world, with my hands I could never get this intensity.

From 14th of November, I will start doing the bundled downward stretches for the remaining 3 months to complete my 1 year length journey.

I do 20 min straight bundked to the right
Used to do both sides but bundledto tge left adds to my erect tilt. I hold for 20 mins a few times throughout the day.
Didnt notice aains til.I took a month off.
Went from 8.5-8.75
Just 3 rounds is an hour. If u do 5 it's over an hr and a hlf its the best stretch and its good for lazy ppl. Im going for the full 9.
Women have no inch perception unless they are carpenters so they mistake me for 10 12... To burst their bubble with "well actually its 8.75 inches" sounds doofy and takey. Hit em with the "Nah it's 9 inches, 12?!? Sheeit Girl stop playing" has way more swag. N I dont round off to the nearest inch that's just lying Lmao
 
But be EASY AT FIRST! Let ur body dictate how much u can handle. I have a very elasic penis. I can twust it 10 11 times. I can twist into a bundle and pull. Trips me out. But if only one or two rotations is all u can do just start off with that
