I go 5 minutes twisted to the right and 5 minutes to the left. That is plenty to pre-stretch.
The Mandingo bundled stretch is the easiest stretch I've done with the length master so far because I do it standing. It's so much easier for me to do the Mandingo bundled stretch when compared to downward bundled stretches and the length master rolls. But I love the downward bundled stretches because I can pull with the highest amount of intensity.
I have always preferred downward stretching. It was only after the LengthMaster came out that I could actually feel upward stretching. Upward stretching effects the Tunica and when done with the LengthMaster the intensity is out of this world, with my hands I could never get this intensity.
From 14th of November, I will start doing the bundled downward stretches for the remaining 3 months to complete my 1 year length journey.

But be EASY AT FIRST! Let ur body dictate how much u can handle. I have a very elasic penis. I can twust it 10 11 times. I can twist into a bundle and pull. Trips me out. But if only one or two rotations is all u can do just start off with that
