if you are working out and doing Penis Enlargement exercises or using [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] both of a daily basis, is there a chance that either of it (most likely incraese in L or G of penis) will slow down because of the other one? it came in my mind becase im working out . working out on muscles or anything requires blood to flow through there to make it bigger right? just like penis.

or maybe, can working out on your body have a POSITIVE effect on penis growth?
 
Been working out about half my life and bodybuilding the last 2-3. Erection quality will be a results of working out & cardio for your heart health. Your personal health should come first before your Penis Enlargement expections. I know we all want to gain but you only live once, why wouldnt you take care of yourself.

Working out (properly) will have a host of benefits for your body. This will indirectly benefit EQ.

You can workout and do Penis Enlargement without it having an adverse effect on the other activity.
 
Since the beginning of the year, I've started eating 200g of lean protein and also drinking protein shakes each day. But this is mostly because Ive also started to lift weights. Which definitely helps with blood flow = better EQ. And I've gained 1" from the start of the year, from doing what I'm doing now. So to your question I would say yes.

How were gain prior to the dietary change?
 
My gains were slow beforehand:

Jan 2011 - Nov 2011 = + 0.3 in
Jan 2012 - present = + 1.3 in

Weight training x2 a week + eating surplus cals over maint. 250+ a day

Diet includes chicken, nuts, good fats, lean red meats, milk, protein shakes, white carbs, some cheese.

Vitamins: multivit, Korean ginseng, calcium, zinc (loads of zinc) cq10.
Plus 2 litres of water a day.

I don't weight train on the days I do Penis Enlargement.

Not only have I gained, my overall mental health has improved dramatically which I believe significantly helped.

Google: Cortisol, stress, insulin. Hormones, over training

It will bring up alot about body building but honestly it relates to nearly every cell in the body.
