Honestly yes it does work I use it bout 4-5 times a week it's well worth $165 once you put it on it's hands free basically I use it alot when I play call of duty I haven't used the other length products but this is a great one as far as permanent gains I'm not sure but I have gained from using it

lol..I paid the price on their site before DLD had the special arranged with them...so was like $330 or so...$165 is a hell of a deal. Yes it does work. It's not free, it's not easy it takes time and comittment. Don't buy all the hype about being able to do exercises with it on and crap..that's BS. You have to have time to sit and let it do it's thing. It also helps immensly to have a high threshold of pain...
