Does longer training sessions make more gains?

What do u think?Does long lasting Pe training make more chanse to gains?I have expirience with Dld [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words](and that's long lasting routine)45 min to 1 hour and i have made really great gains,now i am on Phase 2 and i am doing some plus exercise(lenth)and after this routine which take me probably 20-30 min my penis hurts very much from the preasure and my penis feels sorrenes,but i can't be happy in my brain if my session is not long.I like to be tired after training.Never mind what do u think?
 
Once you give it a reason to grow anything past that is a waste of time. If anything you will be back tracking cause after I experimented with 3-4 hour sessions my penis wouldnt even be able to do a session after awhile. most of my session are an hour maybe 90 minutes on certain day but now I can go more often and it seems to give more gains.
 
Most men respond better to brief, intense sessions, but there are some guys out there that have gotten great results with light, high rep jelqing sessions. Keep close track of your training with a journal and in time you'll be able to figure out what training methods work best for you.
 
One thing I want you to keep in mind is you have no idea how fast your penis heals. Long session might be digging you a hole of overtraining. So one of us saying how long you should have a session will not do you any justice since we dont have a clue what you can handle already.

A good way of figuring out your individual recuperative abilities is to pay attention to your PIs. Making sure your PIs are kept at a positive level will usually clue you in that you're not overdoing it (you could be undertraining though).

Not necessarily. If you increase the intensity when you stretch, you can get away with less time especially if we talk about length work.

The LENGTHMASTER 3 is a typical example of this.
20 minutes x 2 times/day (3:1 -> 3 days on, 1 day rest), can get you to at least 9 Inches BPEL and more.

I belive the same concept can be true for girthwork if you optimize it.
