it does not matter how many PE tools you have, you have to use it, be very consistant and keep yourself modivated and then after maybe 6 months u have gain an inch.

Personaly i am hoping to gain an inch in one year, that would be perfect

He is right. and the more time you put into it the better chance you have of making gains quicker. just be safe and take your time progressing the intensity of any exercise

thanx fellas....my startng size is 6.7-7.0 in length(depending how horny I am) and my girth sucks (did not measure but its skinny lol) but I want to focus on length first then girth...just eager to see gains period
