Do antibiotics kill gains?

Hi, i need some advice about a vary annoying problem that i have.

For the last 6 months i have been getting yeast angina for about a week every month, i have changed about 6-7 antibiotics (lost the count) and i think it is clear that this sucks. I will have my tonsils remove soon and it will fix the problem soon. So once you know the situation, here is the question.

Not from my experience, plus if you need them than fighting off infection is more important.
