DLD's Stretch Newbie routine?

He says on the theard to do
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below,
im wondering if he mean to do:

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds X 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds X3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds X3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds X3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds X3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks X3

and so....

If its your meaning i did it for 3 times and my dick looks smaller after
so much stretches...and it hurts...
so its maybe my bad or i just need to get used to it...

??

First of all, you are only listing a portion of the Newbie Stretching Routine, the list of stretches includes:

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

If this is too much for you and you are experiencing pain I suggest you start with less sets, maybe just do one set of each stretch for now. It is more important that you hit every angle rather then a few as gains could be lurking at every angle.

When it comes to stretching it affects the ligaments at the base of the penis so how big it looks afterward is not so much an issue.

As for it hurting there should be a stretched feel as you do it and then potentially a ache/soreness at the base the following day, the rule of thumb in Penis Enlargement is that aches are not bad, sharp pains mean you should stop immediately.
