DLD SiliStretcher Reverse Pyramid Sets...Mind Blowing Routine!

Dld do you still us the LM . I us mine every day I don't have the silistretcher yet but I usually hang with the LM or malehanger I can hang for 1 hr at a time with these. But my max is only 12 lbs right know

I was thinking to go in the other direction once you reach the top. That is remove some weight every 30 minutes until I reach back the initial weight.

Does that sound like a good strategy?

Its exactly how I have written my workout out :)
 
I also dont think anybody invented this, its a training principle from weightlifting routines applied to penis enlargement. I guess we're all on the same lines of thinking here, and I have in my notes (not online yet) with a very similar way of training, but I named it progressive pyramid fatigue, and my routine KOKOs.

I'll have to get it posted soon.3

Actually I invented the exercise 16 years ago as far as pyramid hanging went and then I came up with reverse pyramid hanging over the last year. It’s the combination of these two routines that make it so powerful.

This principle relates to any type of length work. So if your maximum weight is 12 pounds for one hour these sets would need to be three 20 minute sets. You would start at 5 pounds go to 7 pounds and then go to 12 pounds or in a similar sequence. After you’re done training I think it’s important to have an ADS involved to keep you Elongated while you heal.
 
Dld is 2 hrs a day of pe good to make gains I thank I have hit my Plato. Last month I measured and I was the same as the month before please help. But I have gained 3" from my starting point

Two hours is plenty of time especially with the equipment you have. What exactly are you doing for work out specifically? Let me know so I can look over it and see if I can help you tighten it up a bit.

I love the sound of this routine! Total Lengthmaster for total length! You will do very well! Ease into the total maximum to be safe, over a few workouts. Keep us updated daily on everything happening and anywhere we can help.
 
Ok thanks I have been doing this routine for a month but I have modified it a little with the internal routine with the LM.
 
It's the same routine as the total LM routine I just added the internal/ expressive stretching with it on a separate day
