1) On average, how many lbs of force did you apply during every second of exercising for length only?

2) On average, how many lbs of force did you apply during every second of exercising for simultaneous length and girth eg. jelqs?

3) On average, how many lbs of force did you apply during every second of exercising for girth only?

4) How many seconds per day did you exercise for length only?

5) How many seconds per day did you exercise for girth only?

6) How many seconds per day did you exercise for simultaneous girth and length?

When I stretch the calculator on my arm reads 252 lbs, on average. But I'm no DLD.

I think what Vlad and Pepepe are trying to say is how futile it is to try and collect this information. First and foremost, I doubt DLD has any of those stats. He will tell you, like everyone else on this board, that finding a routine that suits you and implementing it properly is going to be your best bet. I'm sure there are plenty of people who could do DLD's EXACT same starting routine with his EXACT same pulling force at the EXACT same times in the day - and not have gotten where the are now as compared to what they found suited them perfectly. AlloyCG, you're guessing 252 lbs? Whoa.

Just trying to be more calculated about it all. How much force does it need to be at least? What's the answer you would give where you are 70+% sure?
 
I'm exactly 99.9% sure a standard basic stretch should be as hard as you can pull. You might find that isn't enough to get the amount of stretch you want. In that case, there are advanced exercises that can get you there.

Rule of thumb, if you fear your penis snapping off is imminent, loosen up... slightly.
 
In all seriousness I pull at 100% with every stretch. I do all squeezes and jelqs with 100% intensity. I have found, for myself, that my penis is very tough and can take the training. I have spent on an average about 120 minutes training a day (everyday) 1 hour to STRETCHING 1 hour to GIRTH. This does not include LAZY ASS stretches or light hanging.
