to switch the exercises around in the Phase 1 routine so that the jelqing is done first thing in the morning followed by the stretching a few hours later?

Also, i'm feeling pain throughout the duration of my stretches that is very uncomfortable. It stops as soon as I finish the session. Is this o.k?
 
I am not DLD but i should tell you this dude, anytime there is pain, STOP. Re-evaluate your routine and technique, look for spots, look for burst blood vessils, look for hard lumps or scar tissue.

Any of these conditions may range from Nevermind, it's only a result of an unusually intense session to DAIUM I FUCKED UP. Take it easy and stop all exercises for at least a week and then try it again and see if pain is still there. If it still is then something may be "broken", if not...go ahead as usual.

Warm up VERY WELL ALWAYS, do not go overboard on the intensity, it should be unconfortable but NEVER painfull.

Usually a dull ache is only soreness, lactic acid buildup and just plain old lack of conditionement. A sharp pain is a much different matter, usually it is something more serious like nerve damage or torn ligaments or tendons.

It doesn't hurt afterwards, it's just during the stretch when i'm like "fuck! this hurts bad". Gritted teeth type stuff. I was a little confused over what was meant by 100% strength.

That is too much pain for what is to be expected, follow my advice and rest for a week before returning to "the game" and if it still hurts in the same manner then it's time for a trip to your GP.

What kind of pain are you having? Stabbing, dull aching, what?
 
The pain started the first ever time I started P.E yesterday. It doesn't hurt at all afterwards, just during the process of stretching. I was wondering if I was stretching too hard.

If it only occurs when stretching then you should remember that some previous underlying condition might already had been there. There are all kinds of aillments that could give you such type of pain and knowing for sure is a job for an urologist and NOONE ELSE on the internet.

I am sure you understand the risks associated with trusting your life/health to some e-knowitall that could stir you in a dangerous path so trust noone on something so important ( your health ) besides your doctor. That applies to all who roam the internet searching for either cures or answers regarding your health.

That being said then, try and get an ultra-sound prescribed from your GP to search for something that may be causing the pain. Odds are that you are only suffering from either and bladder infection or a twisted testicle ( both need attention, neither will kill you ). The twisted testicle is too painfull for someone too ignore and gets worst in time. Check it before risking injury that could set you back months on Penis Enlargement.
