Ash, Maple or Oak are the three we use due to their density, Ash is actually softer than Maple (Maple and Tiger Maple) and it was the reason we chose Ash. be realistic - transformation is slow - dont expect an instant BAM. transformation is slow. it comes from implementing habits and sticking to them over a long period of time. years. have patience, this is your Life. its good to go intense some months tho..
