i was just wondering how you guys timed the 5 second hold of the pc and then the stretch of the reverse keagle while keeping track of how many reps you have done. what do you guys do ?
I'm doing DLD phase 2 routine as well as hanging and the way i do it is use the stop watch facility on my mobile phone,i kegal for 5 secs looking at the stopwatch then stretch for 5secs ,i only do 5 reps then stop and write 5 reps down.then do the next 5 reps write them down and so until i hit 50 reps.
Your timing does not have to be terribly accurate, as long as it is close you will be fine. The biggest reason for the hold is to recognize the different muscle position from kegel to reverse kegel and to feel it's stretch potential.
