DLD blaster help

Whats going on! I posted the thread Mandingo stretch for dumbies about a month back, Thankyou to everyone that helped out with that question! It is now my go to stretch. I now have the same question regarding DLD blasters. Not understanding a reverse kegel. Can someone walk me through the exercise again? And yes I have searched blasters on the site, but still could use help.
Performing a kegel is easy , but the reverse kegel I just dont get, or feel.

Reverse kegel is doing the opposite of kegel. When you force pee out of your penis or force poo out of your butthole, that's a reverse kegel.
 
Thankyou for this info! So im just kegeling then reverse kegeling for 1 rep to complete a dld blastet

Get into the position of doing the DLD blasters and then do a normal kegel while pulling on the penis slightly, after 20 seconds, switch to reverse kegel and increase the stretch. Try holding the reverse kegel for at least 1 minute. Repeat the stretch for the 20 minutes session.

You can do this twice or three times daily making 40 minutes or 1 hour of training daily.
