Ok heres a question, which is more efective, a strecher or ahnd streches?
surley a strecher would be as it streches the penis for a lengther amount of time? another question si there any effective way to combine the 2?

With stretching length of time is supper-seated by intensity used. If someone choses to make their Penis Enlargement purely mechanical I would suggest hanging as it uses intensity+time.
