I haven't gained length in a while now. I was wondering if I should do a month of a "girth only routine" to give my ligs a rest or if I should add more stretches to my routine. What would you experienced guys do? Right now I currently do mostly btc stretches and started back doing straight down stretches. Since I'm getting out of school in less than a week i will have all the time in the world to do any routine I want so I need advice.
