Dealing With Soreness

I did my first real Penis Enlargement session in a while last night. The next day, my dick feels like i got head from a vampire haha. most of the pain is in the skin, but there's a little in the penis itself. what can i do to deal with it? i don't know if i'll be able to Penis Enlargement again to day or not

pain in the skin? what were you doing? you're not really supposed to have pain in your skin unless you were doing an very intense girth routine. if you were stretching you didnt stretch correctly, youre supposed to feel the inner penis stretch not your skin.

the skin part probably came from dry jelqing. the sore dick part is probably from the stretching
 
Mine isnt sore unless I stretch it.....and its the ligs that are sore. Mainly comes from stretching straight down, since I can apply the most pressure on this stretch.

I would take a day off and then keep at it. After awhile it wont be sore anymore.
 
i stretched and dry jelqed tonight even though it was somewhat uncomfortable. i had a big problem keeping my erection when i jelqed though. idk if it was something out of the ordinary, but it really kept me from doing as many as i wanted
