Days On and Off

Would it be better to do length and girth together and do 1 day on and 1 day off, or length one day then girth the next and take weekends off? it seems most of the big gainers for girth say you need lots of rest, especially when clamping.

With Penis Enlargement it is important to give yourself 2 days off per week so you do not over work the Penis.

I would recommend the following:

3 days of exercises
1 day off
2 days of exercises
1 day off

It is important to mix your exercises up so you may want to do 1 day of length exercises and the 1 day of girth and so on.

When it comes to length, work as much as you can. With girth it's pretty easy to determine when you need to rest, because your penis will hurt all the way to the base when erect and girth exercises become extremely uncomfortable; you take a day or two off.
 
you think i could make girth gains from 2 days worth of girth work and 3 doing length? it's hard for me to do the exercises on the weekends cause everyone's home all day
