SO far it's been a cash for services. No friends with benefits, not yet but up until recently I have not given her a reason to friends with benefits. I was gonna pull the trigger and see what happens, tell her I can't come see her anymore and see how long it takes for the hunger to strike.

Thanks DLD, I think I need to Thank everyone who has participated, who has read this post and everyone for there 2 cents. Its been a real eye opener and one hell of a ride.
Like I said before I'm not holding out, from what I gathered from her previous relationship that guy is locked up, I think from what I have gathered hes gonna be locked up for some time, I believe drug trafficking multiple controlled substances. which means hes looking at least 10 years i think. Well that's the thing I'm looking to buy a property with my brother in the next few months. We have been planning this for awhile, we already bought and sold our first house but did it from home (living with parents) but the next one we will be moving into.
