Ive been consistently Penis Enlargementing for about 6 months now, in that time I've gained give or take 1/4" of girth, which was pretty much gained in the first 1-2 months. now i'm starting to get measurements 1/8" over what I started with. I've gained about 1.25" of length, but no girth whatsoever. I don't know if its my workout which looks like this:

400-500 Jelqs
10 30 sec Uli's
6 Mini Slammers

3 on 1 off

This seems to get me pumped, however the workout doesnt seem that intense and I havent gained shit. I need a new workout or something to jump start some gaining, this plateau sucks.

Try horse squeezes and also be sure to download RED's Constrictor Guide. Also you may want to try DLD's new Squash Jelq's. I tried those out yesterday constricted and my post girth was .25 inch larger than it usually is.
 
Right now I am having unreal Girth expansion using a combination of extended Isolated Compression Squeezes (like 2 minutes) super-setted with a 2-3 minute Squash Jelq. I will through in a DLD Bend every once in a while too. I do the session dry and I go for about 40 minutes. I am working on writing the routine now and will have it posted very soon.

are isolated compression squeezes like horse 440's?
 
Ulis - grab your dick at base and squeeze, hold
Mini's - grab at base with one hand, jelq to head with other (20-30 strokes)

anybody got an effective routine they wanna lend to me
 
HEy, i was responding to the last thread about the giving girth for length. When you gain in length dont you give up girth. So if your girth hasent gone down doesnt that mean that youve gained a little bit in reality?
 
I don't think girth and length interchange. Think of the penis as an ever expanding balloon rather than a lmiited amount of clay that can only be pushed and pulled one way or the other.
 
Hey, don't ever get discouraged my friend, yours stats clearly state you're above and beyond average for length, and 3/8 above average in the girth department. Start clamping, like yourself I haven't really gained much girth at all. In the past year I've pe'd I have only gained .25 in girth, I'm only now just reaching 5". My length is a whole diff story, just keep clamping and you won't go wrong with it..trust me.
