Can everyone please reply to this post and tell me three things:

How often do you Kegel
How Hard is your CS erectile tissue around the urethra
How hard your CCs and the quality of your erections.

I think there is a relation to the hardsness of your CS and your erection quality.

The basic way your penis works is that when it gets hard enough the pressure closes the outside veins that let blood out allowing you to maintain your erection. If your CS is not sufficiently hard there is les pressure on the outside veins around the CCs allowing more blood to escape worse erections.

I would like to get down to the cause of insufficient CS engorgement I think this is very serious and if this can be adressed can really help with ED rather then just taking a pill.

See, when I jelqed for many months straight and didnt do any kegels I could get the hardest of rock hard erections and my CS was still real deflated

And now that I do kegels my CS is bigger but since I havent jelqed in a while my erections are suffering.....
Im not sure they have much to do with each other......

I don't kegel much and my CS is pretty soggy.
I do FR and exercise 5 times a week (strong heart) and I have nice solid erections.
I think those other factors apply also.

i think hard erections cannot be linked to just one thing, like kegels. don't get me wrong, i think kegels are great, but i'm sure there are other factors that apply, like great overall blood flow like raffiki has

I've been thinking on this for a bit....I haven't been doing kegels much at all...and my CS is weak at best....my head doesn't fill up with blood, and this could be the biggest reason why....the PC helps to sustain pressure on the CS so that ejaculation can occur....but can be strengthened to the point where it keep a slight tension on the CS so that it remains in an engorged state...so yes it could very well be that Kegels should be done for this reason....at the same time this is a huge part of penile health and pre-ejac....so I'm going to start kegeling whenever I think about it, and I will see what it does....
