1. Is it ok to do the Kegel exercise everyday? i mean when u work on other body parts you have to take a rest day afterward so the muscle can build itself. isnt it the same with kegel?
2. after 2 months with very minimal gains im thinking about switching to phase 2. should i just keep up with my routine till i see gains?
