1. Is it ok to do the Kegel exercise everyday? i mean when u work on other body parts you have to take a rest day afterward so the muscle can build itself. isnt it the same with kegel?

2. after 2 months with very minimal gains im thinking about switching to phase 2. should i just keep up with my routine till i see gains?
 
I'm not a Penis Enlargement veteran, and i'll just tell you how i'm training: since Penis Enlargement involves some small risk, i avoid the complex routines and exercises, and stick to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], while trying to increase the days on/days off ratio. I started training every other day, and now i'm training 2 days on/1 off. I'll keep adding days until i can stand 6 days on/1 off. Of course i'll keep tracking changes and keep notice of my body reactions, to modify my training to better suit my needs. I would prefer frequent, but not so intense workouts, as i don't want to risk hurting myself due to my inexperience.

You can kegel all day long if you like, there is no real limit. I do them throughout the day while driving, working, whatever. The more you do the stronger you will become which will translate to harder erection and a greater capacity to hold blood.

1. alright then... gonna kegel away!

2. started NBPL 14 cm & 13.5 cm in girth. i've gained 0.50 cm (both in length & girth)

*edit* but.... i took your advice about slow jelqing & also started to take deeper breaths (and got my new Android phone.. streaming XVideos = better erection during jelqing! ((: ) and in my last session i could swear i could see how my penis got bigger. i took the ruler to measure and i was
17 cm NBPL & 15 cm in girth! that was a huge boost of motivation for me after seeing unsatisfyng results for 2.5 month.
