Correct way to Kegel

After going 9 months without sex due to the birth of my son, when it comes downt to it I cum pretty quickly, I never used to have a problem but these days 5 mins of penetrative sex makes me cum! I have read about Kegeling as a important part of any Penis Enlargement routine and the benefits it has on your sex life but I don't know if I'm getting it right and when how to implement it into sex?!? What I am confused about is when I do the exercise I can feel it in my anus, is this correct? I have read that you have 2 parts of the muscle one at the back and one near the penis, I can do a exercise that makes my penis move, is that correct? Or is it the one that makes my ass tighten? Or maybe you are supposed to both? Also how does kegeling help you last longer?

Kegels will definitely help but be easy on yourself. If you have not been sexually active it may take a little time to get your Mojo back! I am sure your wife will understand:)
 
I think I'll write a detailed explanation on how to do Kegels and the benefits soon so I can refer to it when guys have these questions.
 
Or you could try the boner bounce:) Gives a bit more resistance than your standard kegel. You could also lay a wet washcloth over your penis to increase resistance.
