@DLD I did about 10 min
newbie stretches and what I call

-Hydraulic stretches
(Stretching with ok hold behind glans while pushing off with thumb of opposite hand)

10 min hanging 3> 8.5 lbs
3-5 min break/ bundles
10 min hanging 5.5> 8.5 >3 lbs

-LengthMaster (LM)
5 minute A Y stretches

Manual stretching
10 minutes fulcrum stretches

ADS
75 min

@DLD the workouts have been good getting back at it.

I was reading through 7 to 10s post and also after checking out huge girths workout maybe my intensity is lacking.

Do you think I should stick with pyramid hanging which is only up to
8 lbs

or should I do manual and length master stretches instead

I did a session today of manual stretches and upped the intensity and it just made me think I have not been putting in enough intensity on the stretches.

I know it can be a fine line and need to make sure I don’t cause injury.

I might be switching back to manual stretches and/ or length master

or I might use the pyramid hanging up to 8 lbs as just a warm up before moving to manual stretches/ LM stretches.

Nothing can beat lengthmaster stretching. Hanging was pretty barron for me. When I thought I could never gain more the lengthmaster proved me wrong.

Just have to keep trying out the wrapping, so I can use the length master more.
