Just doing a little maintenance while I start hanging again.
@DLD Good idea on the manual work prior to ads, even if it’s only 10 minutes.
Should be having a bit more privacy in a couple of weeks and then I’ll get back to hanging routine.

@DLD the workouts have been good getting back at it.How is this working out for you?
Just have to keep trying out the wrapping, so I can use the length master more.Nothing can beat lengthmaster stretching. Hanging was pretty barron for me. When I thought I could never gain more the lengthmaster proved me wrong.
