20 min pyramid hang like
12 min hanging 3>8 lbs
5 min bundles
10 min hanging 8>3 lbs

40 min ADS
 
@DLD so if I have a very minuscule tear, more like slight break in the skin of the frenulum should I be concerned and let it heal or just continue training but monitor only.

There is no pain and I just noticed it a bit ago when I was getting ready to perform night routine.

Day 10 off, still healing from slight frenulum tear. I think another week off might do it.
I was doing really good with workouts and this happened, but hopefully just a minor set back.

I’ve been doing some pumping just for extra blood flow for about 5 to 7 minutes every other day, but that is all.

Come on heal, so I can Just grow!

This is the workout that I was using prior to frenulum small tear.

???I read on the SRT not to abandon the newbie stretches all together, so should they be in corporated or would I be hitting all angles with the below workout already?

5-10 min bundles

20 min pyramid hang like
10 min hanging 3> 6 to 8 lbs
3-5 min break/ bundles
10 min hanging 8 to 6 >3 lbs

-LengthMaster (LM)
Wrapping 5 minutes
10 minute A Y stretches

ADS active to passive
30 min
then 30 to 60 min break

Will alternate one of these after hanging, if I don’t do LengthMaster

-PowerAssist Fulcrum Stretches
10 minute
Or
-Hydraulic stretches
(Stretching with ok hold behind glans while pushing off with thumb of opposite hand)
10 minute

During night shower
-Hardcore water pump stretches
5 minute warm up shower
Down, Out, Up 30 sec x 3
30 tugs x 3

Warm down with MOSRed 2 minute to initiate healing.

Testical Massage & Stretch
Light scrotum stretch down while hand pulled penis upward x 60

SiliStretcher Active to Passive
30 minute

I think the frenulum minuscule tear is healed enough.

I am going to start with hanging again on Monday and probably go a week or two before reintroducing the LengthMaster.

Just to get back into it.

Take it easy you do not want to injure yourself again
My frenulum ripped and today it is gone because I did not take it easy
 
@DLD I will be doing hanging followed by length master most days.

Just easing back into it, plus lacking a bit of privacy for the next week or so at which time I will begin hanging again.
Sounds like a smart move
