@DLD and @oldandlivelyExcellent workout, my brother, keep this up and keep an eye on intensity. Also, keep your eye on your routine to see when and if you should add intensity or new exercise
Is there something you recommend to tweak on my routine
Just getting back at it
So I'm going for LM 10 minutes
Then extender for 30 min to 60 min
Then I'm going to start wrapping for another 15 min or so return blood flow then maybe 2nd round wrapping depending on time
