Progress thread Come on gains

The spot has subsided really good but I think its still there so
I might wait another week before I start training again just to be sure

We'll see

Thank you for the feedback!

Been about 10 days but the spot is still visible going to continue to wait until it has fullt subsided

I wish it hadn't happened,
Putting me behind

Kind of funny, not really but the spot kind of looks like this underneath

On the top it looks like

But I press the spot just a bit to see if it is there and that's when I see

Anyway
I might post a pic to see what you guys think
Small, you might think I'm
overreacting, but don't want to make it work

Don't stress over it, brother. It happens to the very best of us, and pretty much all of us.

That's an indicator that the fluid is exiting the upper layers of the skin. That appearance is the shrinking effect.

The upper spot is the remnant of the fluid buildup, and the bottom is the old and fading fluid pocket. Massage in a circular pattern after a bit of warm compress, and gently apply pressure while pushing downwards. This will display the fluid more readily.

Anyway

You won't make it worse. We've all gone through it. Let's say mine is much more aggressive and larger than what you have at times. It only takes one moment, a literal second, of not paying attention, and it takes weeks to completely return to normal. But it's just appearance effects. Nothing permanent, besides some inconsequential long-term discoloration.

I looks like it subsided enough that I can't see it on picture any more. Thank you all for the feedback to rest and the reassurance that it will subside with time!

Hoping to begin again in 1 or 2 more weeks

That's great news. I hope you really never have this happen again. I also appreciate your dedication to letting it heal completely. So you don't end up with the same problem

Its been over a month and I still show a small spot
You know like when you get a blister and the skin is healed underneath but still have the skin on top

Do you all think it's ok too start training again or keep waiting

No pain, no blood, just a bit of a white spot is best I can describe it

Thank you for any feedback

I had the same issue, and today, I still have the little red spot from where it was. So perhaps it will not go away. And you should start training again.

That's an old scarring site. Over time, that skin layer will shed off, and the old scarring site will fade or disappear.

You can continue again. That just and old blemish spot that go away in time. Think of an abrasion you have from falling or scraping your skin against something. The wound healed, but there's something underneath the skin for a while. That's an old scarring blemish that goes away in time as the skin layers shed off.

For me, it never disappeared. It did get lighter though, but i've had it for years

Sounds like yours is a deepened scarring site. When multiple blisters happened one on top of each other, the scar goes deep. I have of those. Six separate massive blisters on top of the same spot over the span of 4 years. That one goes deep.

Excellent point I do think mine was a bit deeper.

Great to see you, my brother in your workout looks pristine!

Hm. What happened? Took a bit of a rest month?
Yes I was concerned about the red spot / blister that I got
It likely healed after a week and just a spot there like you all mentioned

@oldandlively and @DLD
I started back up yesterday
,but now an issue for being overzelous

I was going to take today off, but decided to do pumping and erect streches, but injury at the end

I did a 1 min pump followed by
1 min erect stretch x 6 sets

I should have done some helicopters to return the blood after reach set, but member was looking pumped, so I continued
for 6 sets of the above straight

On the last one I thought it was good and I noticed a large fluid sac on left side rear of shaft

I think I busted a vein not sure how bad but i think i had some blood pool internally about the size of a nickel or more

I think it has subsided but got concerned for my member
I freaked out because of the amount off fluid I felt as it felt like a small fluid sac, then
I massaged for about 5 minutes and put pressure with fingers on the area because I didn't know if it was still bleeding
I put on a sleeve to try to remove more fluid to subside

I'm thinking of doing a batch of evo oil and or putting on hydrocortisone cream

What do you think and how long do I have to wait

I'm thinking at least two weeks based on how it felt

Please advise

Ease up brother. Ease up. When starting back up, allow a week of easing in before pushing harder with higher intensity. Your body already recognized the needs. But do allow it a week of transition period.

But, going back to a possible bursted blood vessel, can you describe more info on it? Does it have spongy feeling like a small sac of old darken color fluid somewhere? Air sac below the skin? Give us more details. We may be suggesting compression wrapping over the sleeve to push the fluid out do the area more aggressively.

@oldandlively

The injury is on the left side off the shaft
The blood has spread evenly now covering about a quarter size bruise from base to about an area 1 inch behind the glans, so maybe more like two quarters from the base
I feel what appears to be a vein with a bit of a bulg not crazy but enough that I can feel it, maybe like a pea size, probably smaller but helps describe it.
The fluid I felt has dissipated mostly, other than that, but a bit of a bulgy vein but it's not crazy big just feels a bit spongy like you said but no fluid sac any more. Just that pea size on a vein or smaller, but not sure if it was already like that or not

As much time as I have spent doing pe, I should know it better how it felt prior, but that's what it feels like right now

The reason I got concerned yesterday was because on the last erect stretch when I let go of the base I felt the fluid like sac on the side of my shaft which felt like maybe an inch in size and like a gummy worm, and was like what the heck
When I looked under light I saw the bruising, so immediately I just wrapped my hand around to put pressure on the spot on and off for about 5 minutes and kept massaging the area after

I hope this is enough information

a couple of years back I had what seemed like a hardened vein and kept putting evo oil on it and massage and it slowly got better

Please provide recommendations
And yes I'll have to back off some after it heals

Thank you!

Left side, and since there's no photo, I'm guessing either one or two capillary branches.

Bruising, not actively bleeding, confirms it's the capillaries. I would say one and not two.

I feel what appears to be a vein with a bit of a bulg not crazy but enough that I can feel it, maybe like a pea size, probably smaller but helps describe it.

The pea-sized area is the vein, or thrombosis. A very typical finding with pumping and intense jelqing. This happens when one or two micro valves in the vein are not working properly because the small segment of the vein is bulging.

The fluid I felt has dissipated mostly, other than that, but a bit of a bulgy vein but it's not crazy big just feels a bit spongy like you said but no fluid sac any more. Just that pea size on a vein or smaller, but not sure if it was already like that or not

At this point, the recommendation is definitely a moderate compression wrap. You can use anything from an ACE bandage to flexible tape, a piece of cloth, or even TheraBand. Wrap the penis up normally, but slightly tight at that bulging area. The compression will help the vein to rest and further decompress. Keeping the penis elongated also helps with the motility of the blood and fluid in and out of the penis. Just don't wrap so tightly that the penis feels like a mummy or changes to deeper, darker colors.

As much time as I have spent doing pe, I should know it better how it felt prior, but that's what it feels like right now

Yep, that's the stretching point of the thrombosis. It may appear like a pea size when the penis becomes flaccid, but stretch out more when it's erect, or 80% erect.

Just like before, warm oil, light massage going from the tip of the penis towards the base of the penis to move the blood along, using either a gentle OK grip with the thumb slides over the thrombosis area, or the index and middle fingers to glide along. Warm compress (a warm towel) helps to relax the vein wall and return it back to normal, and the light massage helps to reset the micro valves.

At this point, no more girth exercises. Length is fine, but no more girth.
