I feel like the newbie stretches are helping relax the tissues before the LM work, thank you!
The newbie stretches are incredible. They were the backbone of the original matters of size exercises. Those stretches brought me from 6.5 to 8.5
 
I've done a couple of workouts in the last couple of weeks but didn't document

I've been experimenting with manuals and some behind the cheeks type manual stretches
Very powerful stretches

The BPFLS is pretty easy to 18cm
18.5cm mostly

19cm hard stretches BPFSL after extender
 
Hi @oldboy77

I have an Epic Extender that I use during active training meaning right after use of manual stretches and Length Master use
So manual stretching or LM about 20 minutes then 1 hour or so of Epic stretcher use

I also use a hybrid stretcher which is like the
Stealth stretcher

I call it a hybrid because it was an x4 noose stretcher which I do not recommend using at all

But i was able to find some parts to make it similar to the stealth stretcher online
I use this also after LM work

Hope this helps

The big thing will be active stretching then wearing of the extender

I think it speeds up the process rather than just wearing an extender alone

But best to start slow with it
Don't be overzelous that could lead to injury
Ease into it

Start with manual stretches and wearing extender maybe 20 minutes then go from there

But don't use anything with a noose at least from my experience not good
 
Agree 100%. Whenever I create a new exercise or use new gear, I always start at the lowest end and work my way up to my max. There's no rush, in p.E you need to have patience and be in control of all things at all times

Try full bundling to the point you can't any more, but equally for both directions. If you can do 720 degrees for one side but only 700 for the other, stick at 540 degrees for both until you can achieve 720 for both for pulling. But for performing rotator like a clock hand, use 700.

Felt a bit of pain on the top of shaft with the rolls but had less padding with ace wrap than I normally do when I do these so that's probably why

I tried the bundles sort of the way you mentioned like a clock and then going a bit more
backing off then like a clock again
Felt like the bundles were deeper

Just been feeling really tight tissues lately
So not sure if it's because I backed off a bit from my workouts or if the tissues are cementing to new measurement

I know I've had some growth from where I started
Aug 2026 I was at
17.3 cm BPFSL

Now most days if I check BPFLS
I make it past 18cm like 18.2cm or more.

I have been pumping some days with a 1.75 cylinder and about 5hg to 7hg and get 6.5cm erect maybe a bit more

So I figure I need to get to 19cm to be at 7 inches erect unless I'm not thinking about this correctly

Also is pumping stunting my length gains at all by making the tissues thicker or does this work also in length since I'm feeling stretching on the base ligaments

When I wear my suction cup extender when I have it on for more than 1 hr
I get what appears to be fluid build up behind the glans
It actually looks like thick deep veins
Is it due to the long wear

How often should I allow blood flow every
15 minutes
20 minutes
The extender is at about 3 to 5 lbs most of the time

If I go higher than this like
7 or 9 lbs then i remove suction every 10 to 15 minutes and will only do
10 or 15 minutes at this tension
