I stopped my workout for a bit while I recover.
I had an injury from penis pump doing hardcore water pump stretches.
I think I wasn’t warmed up enough and maybe was pulling to hard causing increased pressure.

I got a bruise on the right side of the shaft and the bruise has healed, but I feel something like a varicose vein and it was hurting. Still hurts sometimes if I start trying to stretch or jelq.

Feeling better with rest and massage.

Hardcore stretches with a penis pump is when you enter the pump erect, pump to a very high pressure and then grab the pump and pull on it like you are doing erect stretches.

It is another way of doing expressive stretching. If you want to make length gains with any penis pump, that is the exercise to do. DLD named it Bathmate Hardcore stretches.

Okey thanks for sharing that, interesting method. I should try this sometime.
 
Still experiencing a bit of discomfort/ pain on the right side of the penis shaft.
The injury occurred during hardcore water pump stretches about 1 month ago.
I was going a little too hard and had too much pressure, but the previous pain subsided enough that I think I can work through it.
Ill just stay away from the hardcore water pump stretches for a bit.

Not sure what it is called but on the
Matters of size dvd videos there is one video where you kind of twist the scrotum and penis and it feels like a really good stretch.
I’m not sure what is being stretched but it feels like ligaments and scrotum are being stretched.

Post workout I felt my penis and scrotum hanging more because of the new stretch.

@DLD and @huge-girth what were your staying erect length stats?

If there was one, What is the one exercise that you think had the most impact on your length gains?

I started at 6 inches. Downward bundled stretches, DLD blasters and bundled expressive stretches. These are the 3 length master exercises that are the most powerful in my opinion.

Don't get me wrong, all other exercises are working. I only listed the ones I think are the best from my own experience.

Tried some of these today at 40 kPa. Awesome stretches!
 
Alright, I think I’m healed from the painful vein issue caused by Hardcore Stretches that I did with too much pressure.
I’d say it took about 1.5 to 2 months to heal to a point where I can exercise again without pain.

Note to self don’t pull so hard on hardcore stretches without proper warmup, proper monitoring, and proper build up.

Ready to get into it again!

Was able to put on the Length Master at the base without too much slippage and was able to do the downward stretches
I was stretching downward while pressing into the base of the penis and felt the ligaments stretching really good.
5 min LM stretches
2 minutes getting blood flow back
10 min LM stretches
1 hour penis stretcher


so this is what I think my routine will look like just going to keep it simple

10 min heating pad
5 min bundles
10 min manual stretching
5 min LM ligament stretches - down
2-3 minutes LM off blood flow
10 min LM ligament stretches - down
1 hour penis stretcher
 
Seams to be the best choice, and most economical.

You also don't need to bother with the gator 🐊. The gator in Bathmate pumps, can be a bastard some times. It's like to get bitten in your dick.
What is a gator bite from Bathmate?
Are you referring to when you take it off that the gator rubber portion will move so quickly that it feels like a bite on the skin?

I have a penome pump, bought long time ago, wish I had just gotten a Bathmate or Mitivac instead.
Maybe I’ll get both at some point.
