Thanks @DLD, trying to get in more volume, especially with Length Master. Still getting used to the whole slippage and pressure on the penis, but I’ve read others say this is something you push through.

Things will get easier the more you use. Perfecting wrap is an important thing. Knowing your limit is important and Knowing when to increase tension. Take your time in the learning process
 
***LengthRoutine Evening
10 min heating pad

5 min bundles
10 min manuals down(left middle right)

10 min pump 4 hg w/ heating pad

Additional pumping about 8 minutes
5 repeat sets alternating the following
30 sec hardcore stretches hg up to 7
10 sec rest at 4 hg
30 sec of 1-2 sec tugs

1 minute rest

3 to 4 minutes additional pumping
30 sec up to 8 hg
0 hg 10 sec
Repeat for 5 sets

45 minutes silistrecher

Just trying to gauge how many twists might mean how long I am or if it means gains are coming

I Invented bundled stretches 18 years ago and I could get 1.5 twists. Today I can get 3

When I first used the length master many years ago, I was only able to get one twist. With time, I was able to get three twist but I mostly trained with only two twist.
 
@huge-girth, I know you are working on girth.

I have some novelty type pumps that you can get from $20 to $25 and they are fairly safe in the shower.
You can always go with Bathmate or MityVac, but the way I use these pumps I get in the shower and put the pump on and then shower.

The pump ends up staying on for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Not sure how much growth will occur, but I have noticed that girth stays for a good while after and then over time you might make gains.

Anyway brother, I thought this might help as a passive approach.

If I understand you correctly, you just pump for 15 to 20 minutes straight with no manual girth exercises? You can't make permanent gains with your technique.
 
If you simply add a set of Ssj every 5 minutes after pumping for five and repeat for 3 sets or the 5x5x3 you will gain so much quicker

Are you saying that pumping alone will not bring on any growth at all?

How about pumping followed by a clamping session and then using a cock ring?

I know DLD mentioned SSJ below after every few minutes of pumping, so I know that would help. I think you mentioned you were doing this already.

I know you are already putting in some work and I guess I was thinking of what passive approach you could add to bring on even more gains.

For the LM ligament stretches I apply the length master at the base
When I am pulling down I actually push down on the LM pads and twist up almost like handle bars and man do I feel the stretch on the ligs.

I don’t think I could get a stretch like this any other way

For the LM bundles I just alternate twists every 30 seconds or so and I am able to get in about 1 twist
The routine above is what I will be using or slight variations of it.

So happy you are seeing the awesomeness of the Lengthmaster. Smart to alternate twists. Ease into it all with progression in mind. You are going to see some amazing growth

BTC seems to be one of the hottest stretdhes to do right now. Members are jumping on it. I guess that's what you arre doing. You have to be very consistent in doing it.

The 2 routines I am currently using are

One routine with the Length Master, where I do a combination of LM base ligament stretches followed by LM bundles. Nothing crazy just steady on the intensity.

Second routine is a combination of 5 to 10 minutes of manual stretching followed by pumping, incorporating some hardcore stretches, and then 5 to 10 minutes of more manual stretching.

Come on gains!

@DLD I did LM base ligament stretching today. I was feeling tug in my abdomen area when I was pulling down with the length master.

Is this normal?

I eased up a bit, but had me wondering why I was feeling the tug in my gut.

@DLD I know you suggest measuring flaccid stretched instead of erect because of erection quality

Is it the same if I am measuring in a pump, as long as the measurements are accurate to a ruler?

Ah cool, I wasn’t aware you can use Length Master in shower. Good to know.
If you don't want the wetness. You should keep your room temperature warm when stretching. I always keep my room around, 30°C/86 °F when I stretch. This will help you to get the maximum elongation of your tissue, and also it helps you loosen up your tunica albuginea really good.
Stretching cold is not optimal for gains. You want your tissue warm and pliable.
