Thank you so much @JustGrow, I have one more question, I read couple of times in this forum about penis toughening from stretching and other exercises, what is the way to prevent toughening? Is toughening permanent? And what are your thoughts on this?

I have noticed when I do deep heat for warm up that it makes a big difference in stretching.I have not really heard of toughening the penis because of stretching. If this occurs where it becomes difficult to stretch what you should do is use heat from a heating pad for the like which will help your penis relax and allow for a much better stretch. But with hard core stretches this is not necessary. This is an expressive exercise that brings penis that’s in the body out.

Yes definitely will add bundles.
Bundles always work very well thanks for encouraging to use them.
The hardcore stretches really show an immediate pump. I can feel the ligs getting pulled on pretty good.

I usually do a five minute warm up in the shower followed by the bundles, but yes I don’t always do bundles when I do girth work.
It does make a difference though especially for length.

Based on my previous few workouts I am doing newbie stretches and then fulcrum work.
Am I still in the right track.
Do you suggest I do something different?
Really going for length and then girth a little later after I can get to at least 8 inches.
What do you think?
