Exactly! That is plenty of time to bring healing. The more time the better but two hours is a great deal of time.
 
A good warm up and bundles make all the difference for stretching.
The elongation during the workout is a big difference.
Then the Silistretcher both before workout and after workout is helping.
I can’t tell yet how much until I measure end of June, but I hope there will be gains.

Bundled stretching should be done before every routine whether it is girth or length. Bundled stretching stretches the Tunica which is very dense and it encompasses the entire penis. It is limiting and when we do bundled stretching the limitation is removed as we are pre-stretching the Tunica so when we actually train we see true length and girth gains.
 
I also HIGHLY recommend doing bundled stretches after using the pump, if your after length gains.

Pumping does fatigue the penis differently then other methods of penis enlargement, it works the entire penis inside, and out. Sometimes too much outside :) but when you do the bundles afterwards, the stretch is amazing.

Keep in mind, that if you have allot of fluid retention it may be impracticable to perform the bundled.

Very good workout today.
Reverse pyramid stretches with Silistretcher and Silistrap (passive to active) for about 45 minutes in 15 minute increments with increasing tension.

Then my stretch workout,
30 second stretches down, straight out, and up with 25 cranks in between.

Then Silistretcher back on Pyramid stretches (active to passive) 1.5 hours in about 15 minute increments.

I’m looking forward to June 30 and I truly hope you made some great progress. The MOSRed is a serious piece of equipment with so many benefits. And after your 10th use it pays for itself. Salons get $50 an hour to use this. Once it comes in please let us know how you’re going to use it and work it into your routine.

@DLD I’ve got the MOSRed, just not sure how I will incorporate it.
I’ve used it a couple of times for warm up before the workout and it has worked out good. I might use it after the workout and see how that goes. My thinking with using it after the workout is that it would speed up the healing and then I would put on the Silistretcher for the healing as well.

Yes it’s very good as a warm-up but as the warm down it’s even better as your healing in a heated state of elongation.

That’s what I was hoping you would say to use it as a warm down, since it should accelerate healing.

I love it 100%! He is taking everything into consideration that apply this to gaining length at the fastest possible speed. I would like to see you get erect stretches three times a week for 10 minutes if you can work that in because this will help some of your length gains faster.

That’s an interesting combination that I’ve never tried I’ll give it a shot tonight. What’s the biggest difference you noticed doing it in this order?
 
@DLD the biggest differences I notice is the ligament stretch at the base.
Then it feels like when I do the fulcrums the ligaments are stretched even more and the penis tissue also feels prepped to stretch better.

That’s what I was thinking because it makes lotta sense to stretch erect and then attack that tissue with bundles, very smart.
 
I didn’t know exactly what I was doing until I tried it a few times.
I know you guys mentioned to incorporate erect stretching at any time.
I had tried previously incorporating it in my workout, but was too tired after doing the other stretches and couldn’t get good erect stretches done.
I would usually do them at different times when I wasn’t tired from a workout.
One day I just thought I would do them after warm up and before bundles since I should still have stamina at the beginning for erect stretches.
I hadn’t written it into my routine until I began noticing my workouts were just more effective when performing erect stretches right after warm up and before bundles.
I have been doing 5 to 10 minutes of 1 minute sets.
I usually am only able to get about 5 to 7 sets in, then a short 1 minute rest or so for erection to subside and right into bundles.

When I put on Silistretcher right after workout I try to have higher tension probably about 4 or 5 lbs, then after about 20 minutes I go to less tension probably about 3 lbs and then after another 20 minutes I go to probably 1 to 2 lbs.
Again I am going based on feel, so I will let you know once I put Siliscale on again and check out the tension.

I figure the Silistretcher leaves me elongated enough for an hour after workout that I would have healed some.

That is just how I have been using Silistretcher and it is working well for me.

If I want to put on Silistretcher before workout, what I do is the reverse.
I go from passive 1 to 2 lbs to higher tension and up the tension after about 30 minutes and will stay at about 3 to 4 lbs for 1 to 2 hours.
If I feel like it is too much then I just back off the tension a bit, but keep Silistretcher on.

Then I will remove Silistretcher and about an hour later warm up and perform routine then Silistretcher from active to passive tensions again.

Very nice routine, Hanging should always be in increments to the max level. After that you back down to lesser and lesser weight. I think the best follow up as to where your SiliStretcher after you exhausted and your pelvic floor muscles through your hanging routine, Using a moderate tension to hold the penis elongated as it heals speeding gains. (Explained in SRT)

@DantheMan2018 cool because I got the whole passive to active and active to passive from DLD.
Search reverse pyramid I think.

Just curious what helped you the most from my feedback.

Because I'm transitioning from sizegenetics to the Silistretcher, I just wanted to keep track of tension, and the appropriate kind of tension.

And I am also doing the reverse pyramid for 8 hours, first 4 hours moderate tension and last 4 hours mild tension. It's nice to have some companionship with someone who is doing a similar routine :)
