Clamped bends are rockin my world

Been doing some simple clamped bends the last week and theyre great. I just bend my wang over my forarm and hold it for about 30 seconds at a time. I can really feel the expansion in the sides, and my glans really swells up too. Once a day for around 40 minutes total...4 10 minute sets seems ideal right now. Any redness goes away by the next day.

I know this is probably just a dumb assumption, but I assume this is bending your penis towards you? or all directions or what?

I understand the concept, however the only way I can bend over a forearm is towards my stomach and not out or to the sides? it could be cause my forearms are a little girthy, like 14 inch cirumference (not bragging or anything and dont want to sound like it..)

anything to clear this up I am all ears

I bend downward. Gives the best feeling in the sides for me. You can also just bend over a hand, using the top of your index finger.

I'm not really even sure what the hell they are. Are things made specifically for Penis Enlargement or are they made for something else, but are applied to Penis Enlargement. I've got 5.25 girth- where can I get one thatll be good for me? Man, I've been making a lot of purchases for Penis Enlargement lately- even though just doing my manual excercises is working fine.
