Hey DLD,

I was just wondering when or u supossed to cement, after each successful phase or when u reach your max goal. And how do u go about cementing( how do u do it). I was just wondering about the keep what u hardly work for an d maintaining it. While thanks for reading this and hope I get some 411, holla. And may the LORD help u with your injury.
 
I know DLD and a few others will eventually chime in (Tuesdays nights are big party nights for DLD;)), but I've personally never had to do this "cementing" stuff...or concerned myself with it. I just keep doing the exercises until I make a gain. If the gain is legit, it sticks around and you dont have to "cement" it.
 
I measured today and i have 3/4" difference in streched length versus erect length. Is this normal? My girth has always been awsome so I don't care too much about cementing that, but I'd like my streched length to be closer to my erect length.
 
I do the same.If I don't stop I figure the gains will come.My wife and I measured the other night and I have got to a little over 6.5" so almost 3/4"
in a year.I must admit my intensity in pe goes up and down.If I had been more consistant I know I would have gained more.Girth has increased a little over .25" from 4.75 to a little over 5".I do notice that sometimes I get the donut and sometimes not .Haven't figured out if its due to intensityof exercise but if I ventured a guess I would say intensity of exercise is what causes the donut.

Yes, thats very normal. Most guys are the same way. It's because when youre erect vs. flaccid, your penis also expands laterally and that takes away some of the length. My bone pressed flaccid stretched length is 9" and my erect bone pressed is 8.25".
 
All that cementing is is getting so far past a certain measurement that you couldn't go back even if you gave up. Like, as you gain new size, you're actually cementing all the gains that came before it. Just keep going as if you're not done.
 
thanks Godsize thats explains it alot better, what about when u have reached your makes goal, what do u think is the best way to maintain it.
